Check out this HUGE home that is made for ENTERTAINING! (Minimum rental of 30 nights.) Invite a few friends for the weekend or your kids/grandkids for a week, or enjoy the amenities yourselves. With two master suites, 3rd bedroom and a 4th “tiny bedroom” with queen bed, there is plenty of room! The kitchen and living room are open and airy perfect to gather. The deck includes a fire pit, gas grill and a hot tub with amazing views! Pro golf course just six blocks away! No parties allowed.

Note: This home requires the use of stairs to all bedrooms and baths.
Home includes:
Master suite with sitting area, master bath, and attached sunroom with deck
2nd Master suite downstairs with walk in closet and attached full bath.
3rd bedroom is very spacious and a full bath is located right outside the door.
The 4th bedroom is a romantic tiny bedroom. With a queen bed and a closet, it truly is a unique experience! One note - the bedroom is downstairs and guests in this bedroom will either have to use the full bathroom upstairs or use the 2nd master bedroom’s bath (down hall).
Another gel queen bed with frame is located in downstairs closet and can be set up anywhere at your convenience.
The living area is open to kitchen and dining areas. With large cathedral windows to view Castle Rock right outside the home.
Attached to living area is a separate huge sunroom. Great place for coffee, reading, yoga and enjoying the views.
The backyard has amazing views of Castle Rock mountain. Cook outside on the Weber propane grill with 8 person table and chairs or sit in the outdoor seating area with propane firepit ... or enjoy the hot tub with some wine while enjoying the red rock views!

Other things to note
The Village of Oak Creek (VOC) is a "suburb" of Sedona located right outside of Sedona Proper and is a coveted destination. (Approximately 8 miles to uptown Sedona.). The VOC has some of the most iconic scenery in Sedona area including Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. Hiking trails are some of the best. Many restaurants and attractions are also in this area.

Neighborhood highlights

You will love being within walking distance to the championship golf course and country club. The surrounding neighborhood has beautiful scenery and many people choose to take walks (with their dog) for exercise.

There are many trails for hiking within five miles including cathedral and Bell Mountain trails.

The Village of Oak Creek is a wonderful location with many local restaurants and shops! Enjoy!

We enjoy hiking and being outdoors. Sedona is beautiful with so many outdoor activities, it wasn't hard to know that this was the place for us. We have a wonderful daughter, Halah, who teaches 4th grade in Texas and an awesome adult son, Mitch (with autism) who lives with us. We enjoy people and love providing our guests with a no-hassle place to stay so they can have a memorable experience in Arizona.
