Welcome to the Powell Graham House. Our home is located in the historic district of downtown Wilmington, NC. In a short 5 minute stroll, you find yourself among eateries, bars and activities that are growing daily! Our favorite places are posted in the home. Plus, it’s only a 15 minute drive to Wrightsville beach and 25 minutes to Carolina beach! In the registered Wilmington, NC historic district. Best of the best in Wilmington, NC.

The space
The home itself is a charming 100-year-old luxury renovation. It features three upstairs queen bedrooms and three full baths … unusual for an older home! The master bath has double vanities and a refinished claw-foot tub. The décor is mid-century eclectic. Most important, you will find what you need from among a stocked kitchen, turntable with plenty of vinyl, private nooks and furnished outdoor areas. A 5 star property!
