Villa COPA CABANA is the perfect place to relax in the sunshine state Florida. Villa COPA CABANA offers 3 bedrooms IN TOTAL, 2 Bedroom and 2 bath in the main house, and a CABANA WITH Queen size bed, bath, kitchen and separate entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped with KEURIG coffee maker, mixer, toaster ……
There are 5 TVs in the villa (incl CABANA), crowned by the TV ON THE LANAI.
On the lanai is a BLACKSTONE BBQ GRILL for the barbecue friends who want to grill their juicy steak themselves.

The space
There is internet for the TV’s and free of charge wireless internet. The pool deck (lanai) with all-round mosquito protection (pool enclosure). The pool can also be heated for cooler weather.
The Villa COPA CABANA is located in a quiet area, not far from the Cape Coral Beach.
The brand-new generous dock allows you to enjoy moments of comfort. Villa COPA CABANA is very close to the Caloosahatchee River; it is a small trip into the canal for dolphins. With your boat from the boat dock at Villa COPA CABANA you are in about 5 min on the Caloosahatchee River. Owner’s boat is on the lift, and can’t be used by guests.

An electricity fee of $35 per week (270 kWh) is included in the weekly rental fee. Additional usage will be charged with $0.13/kWh.

We will provide our guests with a small amenity & toiletry starter pack upon check in. Please be aware that we do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, dish soap or similar consumables for the duration of the stay.
