Very clean and walkable location in Newton Centre (one house away from the corner of Langley Rd and Warren St)- subway that goes directly to Boston (Green Line D). Logan International Airport is just 20 min by car. Awesome for visiting Boston area colleges. Great for professionals, responsible students, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and some dogs. w/parking for 1 car. STR-26-1

The space
I live upstairs at this property in a separate unit. Airbnb guests renting this space will have the entire apt to themselves. There is a lock box at the door - so you can come and go as you please.

Also - this is truly a great location. Newton Centre is known for its close proximity to Boston, its low-crime rates, and top-rated school system. It's the best of city living since everything is walkable, and also the best of country living because there are nearby woods and trails available for nature walks. Also - the the train so close - it's perfect for shuttling in and out of downtown Boston. We are on the same train that is a direct path to Fenway park if you want to go to a baseball game, too!

Pack-n-play available if traveling with babies (please bring your own sheets for baby). If you need any other child related item, just ask... I may have it. (i.e. a stroller)

All animals must be pre-approved by host. If approved / Max 1 animal per stay. Dangerous do breeds are not permitted due to home owner insurance.

Fenced in Backyard access is excluded from rental.
