Vacation rentals with a patio in Gustavia

Absolutely stunning place! Can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here. Great walking distance from everything, very very clean, had everything you would need/want and to top it off had an incredible view for sunsets. Can’t wait for my next trip to the island, I’ll be staying here again. :)

Truly Amazing! This place is better than the photos and in a great location. We loved our vacation here, just a 5 minute walk down to Eden Rock and St. Jean beach. The quality of the interior design and finishes was exceptional. The bungalow was also in a nice quaint setting with beautiful plants. Tanguy and his family were the best hosts I have ever experienced with an Airbnb stay. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I absolutely loved Marie’s place. We are a small family of 3 and the size is spacious and large. It has views that are to die for, a beautiful pool, insanely comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and much much more. Highly recommend this place and we will be back. It’s pristine clean and the staff is so friendly. A gem in St Barth!

We really enjoyed our stay! Romario is an outstanding host, he is very responsive. This place is very private but great since you have access to the resort pool and beach. You definitely need a car to stay here but the hosts do offer cars to rent. We definitely would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Dawn Beach. Although construction and rebuilding were happening around he facilities it was great to watch the progress that happened during our stay. We also took full advantage of a less busy pool area which ended up being a bonus for us. The staff was friendly and very helpful and took good care of us. I would highly recommend renting a car as it will allow you to explore the island to its fullest by visiting beaches, venturing to different areas, and accessing restaurants. Mullet Beach, hiking Loterie Farm, grabbing breakfast at Good Morning Cafe, making perfume at Tijon, snorkeling around Anguilla, and eating at Lazy Lizards and Pineapple Pete’s were just some of our favorites. James has an awesome place to stay- thanks so much for sharing your home with our family. We made some once in a lifetime memories.

Mike and Anna were great hosts! Excellent communication from booking through checkout. The place was perfect for what we needed. The amenities offered at the neighboring hotel were fantastic. My family had an excellent time in St Maarten and if I return I will definitely check the availability of Mike and Anna’s place. The staff were very nice and helpful. There’s a nice gym on the first floor of the condo. Two pools to choose from. Swim up bar. Private beach for just the resort guests with free lounge chairs. Ability to rent cabanas if you’d like. Three good restaurants. Everything was very convenient and clean.
