Fantastic resort! Great room! Best place to stay on the Island - great sense of community at the resort, beautiful beach, lots to do and easy access to everything else on the island!

Cedric's place was clean and spacious. We had a nice balcony, AC, and cable TV in all 3 bedrooms. I traveled with a family of 9 and one member was in a wheelchair. The room and resort were wheel chair accessible and staff were so friendly and ready to help us feel comfortable. Cedric was easy to communicate with and he definitely went the extra mile with providing travel tips and suggestions. The resort is beautiful with an infinity pool, two onsite restaurants, and daily family friendly activities. Cedric kept in touch and was accessible to answer any questions I had. I would definitely book with Cedric again if I return to St. Maarten. I had such a great experience!

Axel was an angel. Whenever we didn't understand or couldn't , he just literally popped right over with HELPFUL attitude. I do wish they had snorkeling board .. because I am not a great swimmer so I prefer to have a small board to hold onto when I snorkel. Maybe he did have it and I couldn't find it.

Our experience has been a hit. Beatrice and her husband are very sociable, friendly people, always willing to help and give good suggestions. The house is nicer than the pictures show. Spacious spaces, well-equipped kitchen, a pool and its surroundings are very nice , and a beautiful view. The location of the place is excellent to tour the whole island . We will definitely be back!

This condo is exactly as described and the views are incredible! The lighthouse, gym and 7th floor pool + hot tub were huge perks especially since we were the only ones in the whole condo using it. It was hard to leave and our family created memories to cherish in this gorgeous haven that will last a lifetime!

We recently returned from our vacation at Princess Heights where we throughly enjoyed the beautiful views and hospitality we experienced during 10 day stay. After having some difficulty finding the resort( St Maarten has almost no street signs or route numbers) we were very impressed with this resort. The rooms and kitchen were updated and very well cared for. The ocean view from our balcony was beautiful. We used the pool frequently which was never crowded as we were able to find beach chairs easily. We swam almost daily as the pool was kept clean, was quite large and the water temperature was comfortable. The staff at this resort was terrific, very responsive to any concerns and we found them to be quite respectful. Although there some really good restaurants/bars close by it would have been nice to have one on site. This resort is gated which added to the feeling of security we felt during our stay which is important when you are away in a foreign country. Highly recommend this reso

Selected for the beauty of the location, pool and price! Frank was an excellent airbnb host. From the beginning communications, initineary suggestions, few questions we had - til the end of our trip wishing us safe travels! Max checked on us twice, and was there when we had questions (one brown out in the evening, lasting less than 1 hr - enjoyed games on the porch). The villa was beautiful with a heavenly view! The beach is best for hiking and exploring. We had everything we needed, very well equipt (except washer (or at least a dryer) which we knew weren't there, no worries, but we really did miss having at least a dryer, since most things do not dry out as quickly as you would like them to. Upstairs guest wanted darker blinds - allowing for sleeping in - and we all would have enjoyed the deck more if there was a way to provide even a little shade. St. Maarten is beautiful, we WILL be back. Thanks Frank!

We enjoyed our stay. All of the staff were attentive, friendly and responsive. The staff was always fixing up the grounds and maintaining it.

Sin's place offered breathtaking views from both bedrooms and the living room. The place was beautiful and clean, especially the bathrooms and bedrooms. At check-in, the hostess greeted us with a smile and sent someone with us to ensure a smooth entry into the unit. The condo is located in a gated community which is only accessible through a remote control operated gate to enter and exit the property. Very peaceful and pleasant place to stay. I highly recommend Sin's place.

We absolutely loved our stay. The details really stood out here and made our stay exceptional. Wonderful linens and everything was so comfortable and cozy and clean. The pool was lovely and a nice place for a quick dip in the evening. The location of this place was ideal for us and was close to everything and peaceful. The view was wonderful for relaxing out in the porch!

The stay was fantastic!! The front desk went above and beyond to make sure my dad had everything he needed. I highly recommend this condo.

We had a great time. Ginny provided us with a fact sheet prior to our arrival, allowing us to preplan trips while on the island. That was a big help, so we did not spend our time being "lost" trying to find a place to go. Ginny answered all of our questions, and even those that we thought of AFTER getting more information! Great , relaxing time just as we had hoped. Now if the Airlines were just that good, ......

This Airbnb was beautiful ! Such a calm stay , view is beautiful everything was clean ! The pool was perfect ! I would stay here again . They provide everything you need . The host are super responsive, it was great !

We loved our stay at Dorothee’s home. Beautiful house in a stunning location. A few things would have made our stay even better. The light in the main toilet, the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms and the ice cube maker in the fridge did not work throughout our stay (and were not repaired despite our request). But these were all minor things and they did not take away from our fabulous stay.

This property is everything and more. Perfect location, attention to detail, amazing (helpful) staff, so clean. We were in SBH for work and this spot was THE spot. Whether you’re looking for a “base” or a sweet little home away from home, look no further.

The past reviews are accurate. We could repeat it all! Evenings on the terrace watching sunsets over the hills were delightful! We opened the glass patio doors making the terrace an expansion of the indoor space. We connected our music to their sound system. There is a/c, but we only used it in the bedroom due to cool breezes & ceiling fans inside & outside. A sun cover above half of the private, salt-water pool kept the water temp from getting too high & it helped protect us from prolonged sun exposure. Cyrille & Valerie are wonderful & treated us like family! They welcomed us with a bottle of wine, beer, water & cheese in the refrigerator & also fresh bakery bread! Cyrille is in the renovation business & Valerie has a great eye for style & comfort. We appreciated the updated & extremely clean home. Two parking spaces are right next to the home; a car is highly recommended to explore the island. We will definitely be returning & very much look forward to it!!

We had the most magical stay at Janice’s beautiful home. She was incredibly accommodating with local recommendations and met us after a long day of travel to show us around her home. It was even more beautiful in person and perfect for our family of four. The house was spotless and everything was easy to find and easy to use. It was also a great location with a gorgeous sunrise over the ocean and a beautiful view of St. Barts. Her home was spacious and comfortable, incredibly clean, and it had all the amenities we could hope for. It’s close to the bakery and grocery store and several of our favorite beaches and restaurants. We had the best trip and hope to one day return!

A fantastic family getaway!! Would definitely come back!!! The house is fully equipped. The only thing I would recommend is getting a good car to climb the steep hill. Other than that, awesome holiday!!

Beautiful, clean, and an absolute steal! We had six in our party and fit very comfortably. Amenities at the Marriott were great and Jaque let us know everything we needed to know. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
