We really enjoyed our stay at this property because it was located in a quiet and pretty area! The communication with the host was great. They gave us recommendations and made sure we knew everything we needed before getting to the island. It was perfect for us because we had a rental car so we were able to explore the island and then come back to a quiet, safe, and scenic neighborhood. Would definitely recommend the property, but especially the hosts, they were amazing.

First of all, Ana is an extremely available host and we thank her for her responsiveness. The apartment is located in a secure and quiet residence, the floor of the apartment is almost exclusive as is the pool. Great panoramic view. Ana provides, hand towel and beach towel, beach umbrella, shower gel, shampoo and after shampoo in quantity which is great. The apartment has electric shutters, well blackout (except kitchen). The A/C is working fine. Sheltered parking available on the ground floor. The shower has good pressure and is spacious. The fridge is large and cool. Note the traffic is particularly fluid on this part of the island! The only small improvements would be: The lack of utensils in the kitchen (stove, kitchen glove for the oven, tea towels...) and the faucets + basket in the bathroom (rusty). If we have the opportunity to come back to SXM we will most certainly come back to this place!

Saul’s place is fantastic with a pool just outside surrounded by picturesque bougainvillea trees. Located toward the top of Pelican Hill, the apartment has a view of the ocean that is absolutely spectacular…like sleeping in the eagle’s nest of the island. The unit is comfortable and quiet; however, its close proximity (3 minute drive or 10 minute walk) to the hustle and bustle of Simpson Bay gives the feeling of being in the center of all the action. As not many areas of the island are walkable, the entire Pelican neighborhood is a wonderful option for its clearly indicated sidewalks and consistently low traffic patterns compared to the rest of Simpson Bay where there are boutiques and grocery stores galore, an endless array of restaurants featuring almost any cuisine you can imagine, nightclubs, bars, and quite a bit of traffic. The unit, itself, was very clean with a large living space that is rare for the island. Saul is a phenomenal host. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Maeze's home was great; beautiful third story views 360 degrees, inviting open space with great breezes, we didn't need the AC at all, very easy to settle in; kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a bit of cooking, and lots of basic items to get you started, thanks for the coffee and drinks! Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was easy to use and very clean, nice outdoor deck seating with bistro table, easy parking , nice quiet road, Thanks for making us feel at home on your beautiful island!

Amazing stay!! So cozy and peaceful. Amazing views and a very relaxed vibe. The living space is gorgeous. We loved the many amenities that were offered! The pool is amazing and the private beach is a beautiful oasis. Isabelle is very lovely to interact with and was quick to respond to any questions. I would 100% recommend and hope to stay there again in the future!

Villa on the Rock was a great spot on St Barth. It's beautiful, with great views and within a short drive to many beaches, towns and great shopping. At the villa, we were very comfortable, and we loved the shower and the private outdoor space by the pool overlooking Flamands beach. Chris was very quick to respond and helped us with household needs. There is space to park and places within walking distance as well. Would certainly come back to Villa on the Rock!

A great stay in St Barth in this very cozy and peaceful accommodation, offering a qualitative service that is closer to the hotel room. Located in the center of the island, this makes it a strategic point to discover this slice of paradise. As for my host, I warmly thank him for his hospitality, kindness, help and availability throughout the stay. I'll be happy to come back to this beautiful island!

Very comfortable house for our family with lots of room to be together, or privacy. Beautiful outdoor areas. Plenty shade if you like to stay away from the sun. Stunning view! Kitchen is very comfortable and well stocked! Host was very responsive and provided us with everything we needed! love to come back here again! Thank you Elodie and Daniel!

I absolutely loved Marie’s place. We are a small family of 3 and the size is spacious and large. It has views that are to die for, a beautiful pool, insanely comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and much much more. Highly recommend this place and we will be back. It’s pristine clean and the staff is so friendly. A gem in St Barth!

Villa Rose was the ideal base for our stay in St Barth's. 5 minutes drive from the airport and Gustavia, supermarkets and Nikki Beach, Eden Rock etc. We look forward to staying again x

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

The apartment is a perfect size for a couple with a large balcony and a breathtaking view. When we had questions and concerns Anna and Ash were available for help. All in all a great vacation. The only thing that worth mentioning that TV was not working but it actually made us spend more time outside and in the sun 🌞😀

Yvette's place is AMAZING! We are a family of 4 with two adult children, so the space was perfect for us. Plenty of space and privacy. Large kitchen with everything you need. The location was great, as we were near everything. The yard is large and has an area for barbecuing and an area to sit and make a fire. The upstairs unit has a lovely view of St. Maarten and the sea, which we did not expect. It's very quiet and easy to get to. The beds were comfortable, with nice bedding, and we really appreciated having a washer and dryer, (in each unit). The decks were nice and large enough to do yoga on. Many nice touches, such as beach chairs, (not needed given all of the beach bars with lounge chairs!), snorkeling equipment, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. The units are very spacious and clean. We really can't say enough great things about Yvette's place! We would absolutely come back!

Beautiful ocean view and walking distance to the beach. Delightful. We recommend Mr Chow/ Roma restaurant and happy hour.

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

We loved our stay at sea la vie. The place was just as described and in the perfect location. After looking at many different places and knowing the area better now, I think we picked the best place! The pool and view are incredible and it had everything we needed to escape the harsh northern winter. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back.

We had a fantastic time at Andrea’s apartment. She was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive from the very beginning, going out of her way to even check and source items for our infant and toddler before our arrival. The apartment was clean and very well laid out for a group of 5 adults and two little ones. There were a ton of sand toys which helped keep our toddler busy and entertained, as well as many beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc for the adults to keep us comfy on the beach. You can’t beat the fact that you are a 1min walk from jumping into the beautiful clear ocean, and the evenings spent listening to the sounds of the waves (and the airplanes!!) from the balcony we’re all wonderful. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our stay so great Andrea!
