Mariana and Manoj were great hosts. Communication was very effective and they were flexible with our check out time.

Beautiful spacious place and was very clean. Felt homy and secured. Host were really nice and attentive to our needs. A bit hard to find but host offered to met us before hand to show us the place.

Perfect place to stay! So easy - the beach was right in front of our place, we visited Wai Beach Club everyday and didn’t even think to walk further because they were so nice and food was great. The downtown restaurants are perfect for dinner - and a 1 minute walk. In the morning we went to the other couple cafes that were also wonderful. A small market is a couple minutes walk. All so convenient made the trip very relaxing. We loved having each bedroom with its own shower. Everything was spacious and clean. The nice pool is accessible from the backyard which was so easy. Very sweet, nice, responsive and helpful hosts.

My 10-night stay was perfect! Perfect location and very private. Host is extremely responsive. The house has extras like beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, etc. that help you to pack less. The location is wonderful and close to many nice restaurants and to town. I enjoyed putting the food outside at nightfall for Calico the outdoor cat who waited patiently for me to do so! Highly recommend this house to stay in!

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

The house was exactly what we needed to accommodate us on a work trip with decent wifi and a place to work and just paces from a nice beach and a beach bar when we needed a break. Our host was very helpful from start to finish and even accommodated our early check-in and check out. The layout, the rooms, the furnishings were all that you need and the location is great! We'll be back! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay! The house is cozy, stylish, and had everything we needed. We felt right at home. The covered terrace was our favorite spot to relax with morning coffee and the private pool was perfect for a dip to cool down on hot days.

Villa Boa was perfect for our group of 3. It had comfortable furniture, a lovely view, and everything we needed (stocked kitchen, beach chairs, AC in the bedrooms and living room). The villa is conveniently located, central to St Jean, Grand Cul de Sac and Point Milou. The owner and her property manager were responsive and very helpful. We had a great stay!

This is an amazing place to stay. It’s quiet and perfectly appointed. Chloe and Wendy are both so nice and easy to talk with. They are high vibration people!

We had a wonderful stay in Flamands! The location was unbeatable—just a five-minute walk to the best beach near Cheval Blanc Hotel, where we enjoyed breakfast and the amenities. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our group of 8 ladies, though king beds would have been preferable for sharing. The 3.5 baths, plus a covered outdoor shower, were convenient. Housekeeping came once during our4-night stay, which was appreciated. The included arrival transfer made check-in easy, and our rental cars were delivered directly to us. The view was stunning, and while some bedrooms had limited closet space, the home was well-appointed. The kitchen was well-equipped, though the electric cooktop was tricky to use and very glitchy—clearer instructions would help. One unexpected perk was a rooftop hot tub, which wasn’t in the listing photos. The poolside bedroom and bath were also not in the photos. The location and view were the highlights, and we’d definitely recommend this home!

We had a great stay at Jean François’s house. The house is located on a beautiful property, with incredible sea views. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were very comfortable and well designed. The pool area was also great. We were in the pool every day of our stay and the lounge chairs at the pool were very comfortable. We couldn't have been happier at the house and would definitely stay again!

A little piece of heaven in Saint-Barth! Ideally located with a breathtaking view of the lagoon, this home is a haven of peace. The room is perfect, the bed ultra comfy, and we loved enjoying the terrace and pool with panoramic views of the entire bay of Grand Cul-de-Sac. A big thank you to Pierre, our host, to take care while remaining very discreet. Always available, responsive, and caring. We leave rested, amazed... and with only one desire: come back soon!

Nicolas’s villa is amazing - even better than the pictures depict - with a wonderful ocean view and just a short walk from the beach. We love this area of the island (Flamands) the most … peaceful area with a beautiful beach yet only a short car ride to groceries, other beaches, or shopping/dining in Gustavia. Nicholas is incredibly friendly - responsive and helpful - and has done a fantastic job with his villas. We will most certainly be back!! Thank you Nicolas!!

Nico’s place was perfect! It was pristine, clean, white, very open. Couldn’t ask for a better location. You are in the heart of everything and very walkable and safe. The bathrooms and showers are very nice! Nico was a very responsive host. We will definitely stay here on our next visit!

Casa Mia was the perfect Villa for our stay in St Barts. We've been to the island many times and were so happy during our stay at Casa Mia. The kitchen was perfect, we enjoyed many meals out on the terrace...the kids enjoyed watching Netlix on the large tv at night, the location was great and close to town if we needed to run to Monoprix or the pharmacy. The furnishings were new and elegant. We would most definitely return!

Amazing stay in beautiful Lorient. The apartment is ideally located to everything you need. An easy walk to grocery, bakery, restaurants and more and centrally located to drive to everywhere on the island. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed to work remotely, cook dinners at home, and most of all, relax. Anica and Frederic met us to check in, answered all our questions, and provided everything we needed. We can’t wait to return.

Coco de Mer is a fantastic spot with amazing views - perfect for two couples. We will recommend it to anyone staying in St Barts. When you stay at a place like Coco de Mer, staying in for the day is a treat rather than a waste of a vacation day. Roger, Vivi, and Julia are very responsive and helped us immensely with recommendations and feeling welcome. Merci beaucoup! We can’t wait to come back!

The villa is absolutely stunning and really well suited for 3 couples or a family to stay. There is so much room and it is very private. Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a great place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island. Frederic and Emilie were great at providing instructions on how to get to the villa but I would recommend that hiring a car is essential upon arrival, as there are no shops or beaches within walking distance. Emilie was very helpful in assisting us to arrange car hire, buggy hire and jet skis and helped us with all our questions. The villa is in a very peaceful location and decorated very beautifully. Be sure to stock up on food and drink before you arrive (especially if arriving later in the evening) . Thank you to Frederic and Emilie for hosting our wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The details really stood out here and made our stay exceptional. Wonderful linens and everything was so comfortable and cozy and clean. The pool was lovely and a nice place for a quick dip in the evening. The location of this place was ideal for us and was close to everything and peaceful. The view was wonderful for relaxing out in the porch!

This was our third stay at Ginger Cottage in St. Barts—our last visit was about five years ago—and it just keeps getting better! Marie Eliane is a wonderful host: warm, welcoming, and always helpful. The cottage is peaceful, charming, and filled with character. We loved the sweet white cat who came to visit, and the resident tortoises added a fun and unique touch. Several thoughtful upgrades since our last stay made it even more comfortable: a larger, very comfy bed, a clothes washer (so handy for a two-week visit), and fast fiber internet—over 100 Mbps up and down—which was perfect for streaming and a little remote work. The bedroom AC unit is impressively quiet, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed having a Nespresso machine for morning coffee. The 4K TV worked perfectly with the Chromecast we brought. Ginger Cottage is truly a hidden gem. It’s peaceful, cozy, and feels like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!
