Excellent location and service, pleasant atmosphere

I stayed 5 weeks at Silvia's condo and it was great. It is exactly as shown in the online description. The location is excellent for accessing all the main attractions in Guatemala without the hassle of staying in Guatemala City. I found Uber to be very reliable and reasonably priced from the condo. There is a shopping center only a 5 minute walk away that has an excellent supermarket and restaurants. There is also a restaurant called The Choice which is a 20 minute walk away up on the hillside that has incredible Korean food and desserts to die for. Guatemala is a beautiful country and Silvia's condo was a perfect place to enjoy it from. Highly recommend and thank you Silvia!

A very nice house with everything you need, very clean and equipped

Very nice rest house to take advantage of the pool and have a good time. The location is a little complicated but the house has a very good space and very well cared for. Byron is very friendly and attentive to the requirements.

Your hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We really appreciate the detailed description of the house, which exceeded our expectations. I came for work and the location was great. Mario and his wife were very responsive and friendly. The space was just what I needed, private, comfortable, with a full functional kitchen. The place had all the basics to start with too, like coffee and cooking oil, etc. I'll likely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

It was a pleasant stay. But have some suggestions that 1. Should add Fans in each room, 2. Should add shower gel or Soap in the bathrooms. 3. Should add thick curtain on the windows, as there were only thin curtains were there on the main bedroom. One can see from outside that what is going on inside. 4. Should arrange somewhere to clean house at least every alternate day as we found lots of ants & termites on the dining table and al around the Hall. 5. Should put mosquito net on the main door.

Everything was amazing, the truth is that from the beginning communication was simple, fast, they answered my questions, the location is more than excellent, a very quiet and beautiful place, I would definitely come back, the apartment has everything you need and much more.

Great value for your money if you have a big group of people. Excellent for a large group of friends who want to be close to the road to Antigua, the house is super spacious and is located in San Cristóbal super close to the Route that takes you to Antigua or San Lucas With 1 King bed and 2 other large plus a chair can sleep 7 people comfortably and even carry air mattresses and accommodate more people in other spaces. You can park 2 vehicles 1 inside carcha and the other outside in front of the house but since it's a closed residential both vehicles are very safe.

100% recommended, a place with a beautiful garden! Madeline and Claudia were always attentive. A perfect place to get out of the city but close at the same time.
