The host was always responsive and friendly. The place was exactly as described and the atmosphere around was peaceful and safe. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back next time we are in Guatemala.

I have stayed at Mauricio's multiple times over the past several years. He and his staff are friendly, professional and responsive. The apartment is always clean and nicely furnished. One really nice touch is the breakfast foods and fresh fruits he leaves in the apartment, a really nice touch that is appreciated. I will continue to stay at Mauricio's in the future.

Victor's place is the best apartment in QUO. The space, value and comfort it's unmatchable for long stays, the kitchen has all the appliances you'll need to cook and have a perfect stay. The bed is comfortable as well as the pillows. The parking space its tight but there's always plenty of space to park.

Love staying in Zone 10 for business. Will return

Everything is ideal for a work stay. I had the case that the pillow was very high, I said it and they changed it quickly. My only comment is that it does not have a coffee maker or blender, which personally if I use them. But everything is excellent in general

I’ve stayed in this building several times. Juan Pablo has one of the better up kept, clean and organized units. Great communication, easy to get ahold of and timely. Really enjoyed, will stay again!!

Always awesome to stay here! Wonderful hosts who are attentive and responsive to any needs you may have. The location is wonderful for anyone who wishes to stay within the capital. This location is suitable for children as well as extended stays as it is VERY cozy. I’ll choose this location over and over again as it is near all Mixco has to offer while giving you FAST and EASY access to the rest of the capital!! 🙏 Bless this home and bless these hosts, almighty God! I loved the place because it was safe and clean. Also you can go out to the parks of the colony and there is supermarket close by.
