Private suite vacation rentals in Guanacaste Province

A very nice and family area. Close to the beach and shops within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of by Susan and AirBnB. The Airbnb is located on a private property and each room also has its own alarm system and safe, which is why we felt safe. We would definitely visit again :)

Such a beautiful place! Our 9yr old loved waking around the well maintained garden and my husband took some great pictures of the many hummingbirds around. Monica and her family are amazing hosts. Very helpful before and during our visit. She got us set up with all tours we wanted to take. And worked with us when we had to reschedule. One of the most memorable tours was of the Cloud Forest😄. Our guide Kevin was great, knowledgeable and fun. They have lovely handcrafted items in their shop, we bought some to gift to family back in the States. Overall we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

The studio by the sea is wonderful, serene and beautiful. It's steps from the beach, surrounded by lush nature and very comfortable. The space has all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay, well appointed kitchen, bath, linens, beach towel. It's clean and tranquil. Heike and Hans are super friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the area & Costa Rica in general. They were so kind to accomdate our dogs, give them treats, water and lots of love. When we return to Coyote, we will definitley visit with them again.

All good, a very convenient location, super price ratio. Recommendation to make a couple of improvements: the bathroom doors did not close well, place a little more utensils as they are limited, otherwise very beautiful place to disconnect and fill you with energy.

Lana’s place is a great location. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean. Nice swimming pool. She showed us around, pointed out restaurants etc. and was very helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend her place!

Wow! What an epically beautiful place. I highly recommend this AirBNB, Playa Negra, and Costa Rica. Words cannot express how awesome this trip was. We had a family of 5 (kids: 6,4,4). The beach and pool at the AirBNB were exceptional. And Playa Negra beach was very close for great wave action. The town of Playa Negra is charmingly perfect (coffee shop, a couple restaurants, small market). We are grateful for the experience.

A wonderful beautifully situated house, only a few minutes' drive from fantastic beaches. If we ever pass through this area again, we will definitely come back.

Would not recommend a drive on Hwy 911 from Playa Flamingo to Coco Beach if you don’t want to drive on dirt roads through a flowing creek. Probably the scariest drive of our lives. We returned the longer route …much safer . Would highly recommend Amanda’s beautiful home 🩷

What a beautiful and tranquil place! It's well off the beaten track and very quiet and peaceful, which may not appeal to everyone but was great for us. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, stylish, comfortable and easy to keep cool with AC. The only downside was the lack of consistent hot water for showers (it's hot here, so cold showers are fine, but it's nice to have the option for warm water when you want it!). The rancho and kitchen area is a lovely place to cook, eat and hang out. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, albeit a little neglected and chaotically organised (not a big deal). The natural pool is fantastic, as is the nearby river. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly when we met. Something to note is that from the pictures I thought we would have the whole casita to ourselves, but it's split in two halves with potential other guests on the other side. Luckily we got along well with the other guests, but something to keep in mind with regards to privacy.

We were very positively surprised! From the covered terrace with great views over green hills, a glass door leads into the spacious kitchen and a second into the living area with bed, small sofa and adjoining bathroom. Everything was very new and modern. The hosts welcomed us personally and gave us information about the place as well as the surroundings. Also, for example, when we asked later for additional kitchen utensils, they responded very quickly and super friendly. But most of all, we had contact with the female dog who greeted us every morning on the terrace - we quickly became best friends. We would definitely return! We arrived by rental car and were glad that we had a little more ground clearance. The road to the property is only partially paved. Like most other roads away from the big main roads ;)

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The unit is on the top (third) floor and has expansive views in all directions. The main wall of windows looks out towards the ocean and sunset. It was private and very spacious. Every morning it was entertaining to listen to and watch the numerous varieties of birds flying around. Everything was super clean, which I appreciate very much. There were lots of thoughtful touches; detailed binder with lots of info, umbrella (it didn't rain once), flashlight just in case, coffee, spices, shampoo & conditioner, and lots of books! Harriet and Adam were great hosts and made me feel welcome. They often checked with me to make sure all was comfortable and well (thank you!). I enjoyed participating in a yoga class that Harriet teaches in her on-site studio.

We found Casa Greatful perfect for 2 people. Loved having a private pool area even though it was part of a duplex. Was clean and equipped with everything a couple would need. Christian was very responsive when we had an issue with the door locking at the beginning and had someone over during our stay to repair it. You can walk to multiple Resturant’s and Potrero Beach where the sunsets are out of this world. A great place to stay and will probably rent again.

The room was perfect for a few nights and allowed us to cook most of our meals. Location is beautiful and easy to walk into town. Lili was an incredible host! She was always extremely responsive and friendly. She gave us tons of recomendaciones and helped us book a few tours for our time in Monteverde. The place was great and Lili made it even better!

Amazing place to stay for a few quiet nights in Tamarindo!!

The photos don’t do this place justice! It’s quite large! We appreciated how extremely clean it was. The view off the deck is beautiful, and we also appreciated the covered parking. There was a plumbing issue during our stay where smelly gas would get pushed up from the shower at night, but it was resolved by covering the drain and David was super, super responsive through that, as well as when the breaker needed to be reset. There was even a cleaning during our 5 night stay, which we really appreciated! Cannot beat the ease of access to the beach and deli cafe’s delicious baked goods nearby. Wonderful hosts on all fronts!

A perfect stay with Mike who is present, responsive, friendly and with whom we had pleasant conversations The site and parking are safe. The pool and casitas are impeccably clean. The bedding, towels, and mattress were perfect. The outdoor layout and plants are beautiful. The shared outdoor kitchen is very good and functional. Samara is 4 minutes away, the very pretty Playa Carillo 15-20 minutes away with super good restaurants at the top of the hill. Note that the A/C is functional continuously only in the evening and at night. Thank you so much Mike!

Roger is a great host , he had a good line of communication with us from the day I booked. Place is clean and a couple minutes drive to nicoya center. Pura Vida 🤙🏻.

Carrie’s place was great. The kids got to ride horses. The road going in is pretty bumpy, but that’s par for the course in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mike’s Airbnb. Perfect location a short drive from the beach. Private and quiet. The room itself was spacious and had thoughtful touches like umbrellas and a French press for coffee. We adored using the outdoor communal kitchen and in general the community vibes were excellent. Mike was available if we needed him but also gave us the space and privacy we desired. Can't recommend this spot highly enough!

Very nice little piece of paradise. close to the beach and intimate airbnb. we all had what we needed for our vacation. we loved it.
