Lousia & Rubens' apartment is beyond stunning. I could have happily stayed sat on the balcony for the whole of our trip just enjoying the view. 'Every Window is Painting' is the perfect description - you can see out of the apartment in all directions through huge stunning windows. It's a really big place, much bigger than the photos show, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living spaces as well as a kitchen. Louisa and Rubens were super friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for food, and helped us with planning travel from the airport as well. Very kind and accommodating hosts, and absolutely wonderful town. We enjoyed ourselves so much. The perfect holiday. Thanks so much 🙏

Casa tenuta bene, comoda, bella vista dalle finestre, in centro. Tutto in ordine. Si trova in una bella zona di Perugia, vicino alla pittoresca Via della Viola, ma in una posizione riparata e tranquilla. La casa è anche vicina a parcheggi in cui abbiamo trovato facilmente e gratis (5-10 minuti a piedi). Marco è un ottimo host, simpatico e disponibile. Ci tornerei sicuramente e cosiglio il suo appartamento a tutti.

Soggiorno fantastico. La casa si trova nel cuore di Spoleto ed è facilmente raggiungibile con gli ascensori/tapis roulant. grazie per questi giorni fantastici nella bellissima Spoleto

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Ottimo appartamento in una zona tranquilla con parcheggio interno!Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus. A circa 400 mt c'è la fermata della minimetro, case bruciate, che ti porta in centro. L'appartamento è bello,confortevole e ben fornito. Unica pecca, per noi, la vasca/doccia un pò scomoda. Gabriele è stato molto gentile e sempre presente e disponibile. Lo consiglio.

Si vous souhaitez séjourner près de la ville et en même temps proche de la nature, le logement de Meinolf est fait pour vous ! Au milieu des oliviers, avec une vue à couper le souffle, cette belle demeure typique est le pied à terre idéal pour visiter la région. Par ailleurs, Meinolf est particulièrement gentil et accueillant, de même que son fils.

Marco e famiglia super gentili e disponibili. l'appartamento era carinissimo e aveva veramente tutto quello che ci serviva, anche la cucina era molto ben fornito di utensili etc. il posto era ideale come appoggio per visitare tutti i bei posti li intorno, come Castellucvio, Norcia, Spello, e tanti altri e consiglio vivamente di andare a Montefalco che dista poco e si mangia benissimo, oltre ad essere un paese veramente carino con un panorama spettacolare. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a tutti.

Ci serviva un posticino per una notte e ci imbattiamo in questo appartamento. Gia nelle conversazioni precedenti al giorno del check in valentina si è mostrata disponibile, educata e proattiva. All’arrivo ci riceve la mamma manuela che ci ha accoglie in maniera estremamente carina ed esaustiva. Ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa. L’appartamento è grande (anche più di quello che a noi serviva) e comprensivo di ogni comfort. Piccolo dettaglio che a me appassionato è piaciuto molto sono le imbarcazione costruite a mano. Molto molto belle. Nel complesso sicuramente consigliato anche per la posizione perché ho scoperto che umbertide è veramente un bel paese. Grazie Valentina e Manuela

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Great place right in the middle of the city, a 3 minute walk from the square but tucked away in a quiet corner. The apartment itself was lovely and Karla was an incredibly responsive and helpful host!

location perfetta un appartamento in una villa tra le colline umbre vicinissima a Todi. Nella descrizione è indicato San Damiano vicino Assisi ma in realtà è la frazione di San Damiano di Todi. Appartamento ideale per una famiglia ed è dotato di una cucina da poter sfruttare. Ha anche una piscina di cui non abbiamo usufruito perché fuori stagione ma promette bene per tempi più caldi. Un'oasi di relax. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile anche se non presente ci ha dato tutte le istruzioni e consigli. Tutto perfetto

Excelente ubicación, a pocos metros de Unistra y cerca del centro. El departamento súper limpio, moderno y muy cómodo. Antonello fue muy amable y la comunicación fue excelente. Volvería!

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Mir und meinen Kindern hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Der italienische fler widerspiegelt sich an jeder Seite. Ist auf den Bergen von Gualdo, es ist definitiv ein wow Effekt.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Vooral het zwembad vonden we heerlijk, mede vanwege het prachtige uitzicht. Het appartement is rijkelijk uitgerust en bevindt zich op een ideale plek om omliggende dorpen en steden te verkennen. Kortom, een aanrader dus!

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Very modern and high-tech decoration, spacious rooms, and well-equipped kitchen. Parking is convenient in the yard in front of the building. I like the coffee shop nearby. On the morning of our arrival, he sent us a very detailed check-in guide, including how to get the entry key, how to park, and how to use the heating and shower facilities. He responded to messages very quickly and the communication was very smooth. Highly recommended

Abbiamo alloggiato solo una notte , complesso molto ordinato e pulito immerso nella natura una vera oasi di relax . Unica cosa che consiglierei per rendere ancora più impeccabile il soggiorno una bottiglia di acqua nel caso gli ospiti arrivassero come noi in tardo pomeriggio fa sempre comodo.
