Beautiful stay in a lovely authentic feeling home surrounded by Puglian farmland. A magical spot.

We spent a week at Marieangela's home. Marieangela lives in Germany and her mother lives next to the house in Cisternino. Mariangela speaks good German and English which makes communication easy. The house is very nice, all on one floor and parking next to the entrance. It is as shown in the pictures, everything as good as new. It is wonderfully quiet and the terrace is large and covered. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher and oven, Nespresso machine and Alessi orange juicer. Great! The location is outside the village, a car is very convenient. All the sights of Puglia can be reached in about an hour and a half, making it an ideal location. We liked the house very much and we would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Sud East. The Villa inside is immaculate and was perfect for our multi generation stay. The welcome wine, fruit and biscuits were a lovely touch as was the delicious home made cake delivered by Mariangela’s mother… The view from the Villa over the swimming pool and olive groves is beautiful, particularly watching the sunset with a drink in hand. Mariangela and her family were responsive and helpful. The location is perfect - we found Cisternino incredibly charming and loved exploring the old town. We also loved Ostuni and Martina Franca. Just wish we’d had longer! We hope to return.

Marilia's home was more perfect than we expected. Marilia is a born super host. She has the "anything for my guests attitude" and a show place home with the modern design of a centuries old historic home. Privacy, security and pastoral beauty. We were easily able to drive the back roads to visit many charming villages surrounding Marilia's home in Valle d'Itria. It was always a pleasure to return late in the evenings to the well lit country home and press the gate opener and feel the oasis of quiet all around us. Simply a perfect sized gorgeous home away from home while we visited family in Puglia. 5 stars. Would stay here again and again...
