House vacation rentals in Groningen

The house was very nice. The location right on the lake was a dream to be in. The free use of the pedal boat was also cool. I'd love to come back anytime.

Quiet modern country house Recommended family have a good time

A beautiful house located on a spacious, quite small-scale and quiet park. Definitely enough space for the four of us, and at the same time cozy. From the cottage, we walked right into the nature reserve. A nice place to get away from it all for a while!

The apartment is very tastefully furnished, everything corresponded to the description. The house is equipped with everything you could need. The terrace overlooking the water and the loungers at the jetty are really very nice.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were lucky with the weather and we were surprised by the tranquility of this part of Groningen. Breakfast on the water was delicious. We had lost our way on the stuff, which we should have brought with us, but it worked out fine. Repeatable.

The house has a lot to see in summer! An absolute dream with children! We didn't need to do much as we were busy all day with the pool and the many activities in the garden. There is a small cafe right around the corner and Groningen can also be reached in 10 minutes and offers many shopping opportunities. The house is very nicely decorated and there is a lot of space! Please take mosquito spray with you as it is right next to a field. We felt very comfortable ! Johann is very friendly and helpful. Our kids had so much fun and we as parents were able to relax well. In summer the house is a dream ! We would highly recommend it as a family. Thanks for having us as your guest 🧡

We had a great stay at Tonnis place. It felt like home from the beginning on, with well equipped kitchen, relaxed living room, easy checkin and checkout. It's close to the city center in a calm and chilled neighborhood. We'd love to stay here again next time we return to Groningen!

Very nice area with a very nice apartment. You feel right at home in there. Pasha is very nice, helpful and quick to reach for further questions.

The stay in the settlement right on the village was great. The cottage is functional and cozy furnished. There are beautiful views of nature everywhere. Nevertheless, it offers enough privacy. It is also very easy to reach from the ferry (bus). We (5 adults) were all very satisfied and well recovered at the end of the trip. The layout of the rooms offers the retreat that needs peace and quiet. We really enjoyed staying at this house and highly recommend it.

We had a very nice time with our 8 month old daughter in this well-equipped cottage. The high chair, toys and cot were a real plus for us. Yeltsje is very nice, we are sorry not to have met her. She really thought of everything! By the way, the bed was a little too soft for us, but that's different for everyone. However, it doesn't seem so nice to sleep in the extra room where the boiler hangs, because it starts and makes noise regularly. It might be nice to know who gets the single bed there.

Very cozy house with everything you need. Also super suitable for small children. Very good location and you are quickly with the available bikes on the lake. Jacdirk is very friendly with communication and quick to respond to any questions. All in all highly recommended.

We enjoyed the cottage in the woods very much, especially the hot tub was a great extra. The cottage is lovingly decorated, nothing is missing. Johan was courteous and friendly, showed us everything so that we felt right at home. Glad to come back

Very pleasant stay in a spacious apartment with very nice people. It's already said a lot here, but the breakfast is really great. The owners live on the property and are always approachable, but you will have complete privacy. You are in the middle of the meadows and nature, but Groningen is around the corner.

After a great weekend at Kim's cottage, proposal completed, and also super fun things to do. It was great! And Kim was a hostess you tell you! Also helped fantastically with the preparations for my proposal. Cheers, Sven and Jildou Bakker.

Enjoying the large garden, making friends with cat Willem, looking for an egg every day with the kids, baking mud pies, jumping on the trampoline and sitting by the fire on the covered terrace in the evening. For us 4 adults and 2 kids this was the perfect vacation. Many thanks to Joanne and her family for their hospitality, generosity and all the thoughtful details.

The cottage located in a forest was wonderfully quiet and private. The house is also equipped with all the comforts. We were able to walk there and enjoyed the comfort. Melia is a good hostess, she is also easily accessible for questions. The duration of our stay was also actually short. We definitely recommend this house.

We felt very comfortable here! The apartment in the old farmhouse is very charming and spacious. We were there with six adults and one child and explored the area with the bikes. Jetty is a great hostess and was always available and helped us quickly, e.g. with tips for excursions and when two wheels had a plate. It was also great to sit in front of the fireplace in the living room in the evening, collecting apples and pears in the garden and driving with Jetty's father-in-law on the tractor! At first we were not so happy with the surroundings - the house is right on a wind bike park and towards Delfzijl is a lot of industry - but there are still many beautiful corners to explore and the house is just a dream! 😊

Are you looking for a cottage equipped with all the comforts? In a beautiful area right next to the woods? Then this cottage is highly recommended. The cottage is located in a park with fine amenities, such as a restaurant, terrace, sandwich service, play facilities, swimming pool and in summer an activity program. The park is located directly on the forest (Drents Friesche Woud) and is a short distance from Diever, a cozy village.

Lovely stay, very peaceful and ideally located for our climbing activity in Groningen. We also had a nice morning in Winsum. Whisk whilst not a problem to us, it’s worth noting that the only bedroom with clothes hanging space and a mirror is the main bedroom. The bathroom / shower is also only accessible through the main bedroom. Overall very comfy and well stocked, with very helpful hosts.
