We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The chalet looks like the pictures. Everything was in great and new condition. Check-in worked smoothly via the lockbox, so we could arrive flexibly. You should definitely take into account the tourist tax. With us, it was 62 euros for 2 adults and 2 children from Thu-Sun, which we paid on arrival at the reception. The kids enjoyed the large trampoline and swimming pool very much. The beach was also very nice for walking. On the beach there was also a climbing frame for larger children and numerous dog owners who could let their dogs play freely. Supermarkets are easily accessible by car. Overall, we enjoyed it very much and we would like to come back in the summer to go bathing.

Ronald offers a very nice house in the center of merstad. There is plenty of space and the garden with direct access to the water is ideal for families. Even in bad weather, the region offers many opportunities for activities. I can recommend the house and Ronald as a host in any case.

Owners are very kind and communicative. Whatever I needed they were always ready to help. Even due late booking they were able to make appartment ready within few hours. We enjoyed staying there and have no problem to come back again whenever we are around.

We had a great time staying at the really nice house! The large living/dining area offers plenty of space for the whole family. Especially the stove has rounded it all off. Unfortunately, it didn't really get warm in the rooms upstairs. Still, an all in all great stay. We would love to come back! 😊

If 10 stars were possible, I would have given you. It was incredibly beautiful in the house, we really felt totally comfortable. It was very clean and the location is so fantastic. Nelson was always very easy to reach despite his own vacation and helped with every little thing. The neighborhood is also so friendly and warm, we would love to arrive again in the near future. There is everything you need to have a relaxing and beautiful time. The direct lake with the wild geese was incredibly beautiful and also the jumbo market for shopping is only 5 minutes away. See you soon, sea city!!!

We had a wonderful, quiet stay at Suze's chalet. If you want to unwind, this is the place to go. A beautiful setting, a beautiful lake right outside the door🤩 We were really super satisfied. The surroundings are so beautiful, lots of animals to pet and you can take nice walks. We will definitely visit again! Thank you!

We are very grateful to the host for the responsiveness and excellent conditions for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is as tidy as possible, the house has everything you need for relaxation. We rested four of us and were afraid that there would not be enough space, but the space itself and the area around is quite spacious. Regarding the location itself: amazing nature, a view of the backbone, bunnies, coziness, incredible sunrises — all this is priceless. Separately, I want to say that the host Mrs. Geraldine helped us check in comfortably late in the evening, immediately answered all questions and facilitated a relaxed trip to the destination. I sincerely recommend the place and would love to come back again☺️

The place is very nice and comfy. Communication with Nicole was very straightforward and friendly. Check-in was a bit challenging as the front desk where we were supposed to receive the key was already closed and no one knew how to help us at first. Finally, we got the key in the restaurant without further problems and we were able to enjoy our time in Lauwersoog very much. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week with our 2 young children in the caravan. The garden is a dream: minimally visible, as it is surrounded by a hedge, through which the children can also not work out, a trampoline and slide, nice seating. Our children's travel bed also fit next to the double bed. The path to the really beautiful lake is just a stone's throw away. In addition, the communication with Heidi and Fredric was prompt and very warm. All round, a successful vacation! We'll be back!

It was nice to have the choice to be able to sit inside, sit outside under the roof and outside under the open sky. Very nice nature with both butterflies in the garden and a rich bird life. Our daughter loved running around the garden and the cottage was well cared for, sheltered, and private and we got to be to ourselves even if we wanted. We were there during Formula Student Nederland (FSN) so I drove daily to Assen TT Circuit which is only 10-15 minutes away by car. Very convenient. My team won the entire competition combined and then it was very convenient that there was a pizza vending machine (24/7) in the parking lot when I came back from the celebration a little late at night! Hosting was nice and easy to deal with.

Beautiful and cozy house in which you felt right at home. We were received in a very friendly manner. Marlies was very accommodating with a later check-out. The place was clean and equipped with everything you need. Also very cozy beds. Beautiful surroundings with pond and bamboo garden. We would definitely come back again in warmer weather.
