Pasja is a relaxed and friendly host. We came for a Bachelor Party with a group of 10 men and had much fun. The house was clean and offers a lot of entertainment options. We felt very comfortable. Thank you Pasja

The accommodation was fine, with a luxurious look. A lot of cycling through the Drents Friese Wold. The stay is located at the village of Boijl, where there is not much else to do, but the tranquility is great. Enormously enjoyed the nature, but also a trip to the very special Veenhuizen. Nature, silence, and history were a beautiful combination.

Geertje and Emily was the perfects hosts for us. We felt at home, and enjoyed the rustiqueness of the house and the peace and quiet of the surroundings. We got a lovely home made apple cake aswell, thank you!

This lovely place has reminded us how simple ‘a wonderful life’ can be. The cozy heater in the bohemian tiny house, the beautiful garden with flowering apple and pear trees, the sweet and some uncertain old dogs, and the warm, reachable host and her husband provided a stay that felt like a hug; just what we needed!

Lovely few days felt like a home away from home

Very nice B&B. Very neat and clean. Matthias is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and was already there for us when we came out of the room. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 7 friends who were looking for an relaxing stay in the netherlands. We were really happy with this location. First of all, the host Milo is a really kind person who checked in on us and looked if everything is fine. Also he gave us nice tips for things we can do in the area. Stores like Coop are good to find within 10 minutes with the car, bikes can be rent within a 10 minute footwalk. All in all it is a very quite area which is good for relaxing. Additionally, the big garden we could use was perfect. But you should be aware that the walls are very thin in the house. So when you are talking in the basement, you will hear this in the first floor. But for us this was not a problem at all. We can definitely recommend this location!

Wow! Words fall short for this magical stay. I had booked this location because of an intensive, where I could spend 4 days together with students in a nice way to complete the year process together. Because of this, I had quite a few specific questions, which is always a bit exciting. Saran and Rowan moved super nicely though. Thought for yourself about any solutions and actively started to meet our wishes (which really worked out). Such hospitable people with clearly their heart in the right place. Very grateful to be able to meet them. They are clearly custodians / beschemers of the beautiful land and the animals on the land. Everything is addressed with a lot of respect and gratitude. Thank you for everything. We really wish you even more fantastic people who can come and experience your place and the culture. 🙏

Our stay at Matthias would definitely have earned 6 out of 5 stars! A sparkling clean room, a beautiful garden to sit in the sun and so friendly, warm hosts. Matthias and his partner go out of their way to make you feel at home as a guest, even if you stay just for a night like us. Her house and garden are designed with a lot of love for detail, which you can feel directly with the excellent breakfast, which leaves nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back, then for a longer stay! Thank you so much, you perfectly rounded out our getaway!

We had a super nice stay. The area is beautiful and the cottage is equipped with all the comforts and sparkling clean. Annemarie is a nice hostess and easily accessible. We felt very welcome. We would like to come back again.

Enjoying the large garden, making friends with cat Willem, looking for an egg every day with the kids, baking mud pies, jumping on the trampoline and sitting by the fire on the covered terrace in the evening. For us 4 adults and 2 kids this was the perfect vacation. Many thanks to Joanne and her family for their hospitality, generosity and all the thoughtful details.

We had a wonderful time with our two boys in the charming, authentic Waddenhuisje (indeed less suitable for average taller people). We were warmly welcomed by Ellen and everything you expect was in the house and in the kitchen. We were happily surprised with the separate spacious kitchen, so you sometimes didn't sit together in a room together (different than at home with the open kitchen). By car, it is very easy (no chicken on the road) to explore the area: from Groningen, Winsum, Noordpokderzijl, to Warffum and Schiermonnikoog. and probably much more!

Such a nice, peaceful and cosy place! We stayed here to discover the Lauwersmeer with its variety of birds. It was lovely to start the day peaceful and end it cosy at Hans-Eriks place. Definitely would recommend! Would love to come back in a different season as well.

We had a super nice time here! The house is cozy, well equipped and offers enough space – we were 7 people plus dog and felt totally comfortable. The garden is completely fenced, which was great for our dog. The location is great – you are in the woods in a few minutes' walk, perfect for walks. Nevertheless, you can quickly get to cities like Zwolle or Groningen by car if you want to do something. All in all: highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

A comfortable and nicely furnished house, with every comfort! Beautiful surroundings with good hiking trails. It was also great for the children, nice outside rabbits on the property. Highly recommendable!
