MOI! Our kids have flown out of our 1930s home and now we have rooms that need to be used! This spacious room has a view of the beautiful greenery of the City Park. The house is central: the city center is an 18-minute walk and the CS is 10 minutes away. Martiniplaza right around the corner. You have your own entrance, spacious (private) bathroom and private toilet at your disposal. There is a mini fridge, microwave and separate study. Life in Groningen is buzzing and you can relax here. Welcome! No students.

A welcoming green oasis on the erge of the city

Resume The studio is located in a rural farmhouse on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base to work or relax, or explore the city, northern provinces and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum (Germany). The studio is complete, tasteful and luxuriously furnished. In addition to the rental of 2 studios, we have a large green yard with an orchard, small horse stable, chickens and a sweet dog (Friese Stabij). Other: everything is on the ground floor and we have free parking.

Your towel is ready, the bed is made! Suitable for 2 people, complete kitchen (dishwasher, combination microwave, Senseo switch) sitting area with flat screen and WiFi. Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (designer radiator, underfloor heating). Private entrance, parking, terrace with seating. Quietly located and only 10 minutes by bike to the center of Veendam. Directly at the entrance of Borgerswold park and a nice starting point for bike rides, don't forget to visit Groningen.

Private vacation home in beautiful surroundings!

Unwind in a beautiful setting with plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, and other outdoor sports. In addition to the beautiful nature, there is a lot of history to see (hunebed within walking distance) and there are the necessary restaurants nearby. The stay is a 10-minute drive from Assen and features a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and nice outdoor terrace. Stay for 1-4 people and doesn't include breakfast. Our house is a former business premises and had quite a bit of space left over. Where previously the shop/office spaces with customer toilet were, in the fall of 2019 we created a bedroom, living room with kitchenette (with coffee and tea facilities/fridge) and toilet/shower. The shop entrance is now a private entrance for our guest house. Ordering breakfast is possible, but this is not included in the base price as standard.
