MOI! Our kids have flown out of our 1930s home and now we have rooms that need to be used! This spacious room has a view of the beautiful greenery of the City Park. The house is central: the city center is an 18-minute walk and the CS is 10 minutes away. Martiniplaza right around the corner. You have your own entrance, spacious (private) bathroom and private toilet at your disposal. There is a mini fridge, microwave and separate study. Life in Groningen is buzzing and you can relax here. Welcome! No students.

Your towel is ready, the bed is made! Suitable for 2 people, complete kitchen (dishwasher, combination microwave, Senseo switch) sitting area with flat screen and WiFi. Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (designer radiator, underfloor heating). Private entrance, parking, terrace with seating. Quietly located and only 10 minutes by bike to the center of Veendam. Directly at the entrance of Borgerswold park and a nice starting point for bike rides, don't forget to visit Groningen.

Private vacation home in beautiful surroundings!

Unwind in a beautiful setting with plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, and other outdoor sports. In addition to the beautiful nature, there is a lot of history to see (hunebed within walking distance) and there are the necessary restaurants nearby. The stay is a 10-minute drive from Assen and features a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and nice outdoor terrace. Stay for 1-4 people and doesn't include breakfast. A green oasis on the outskirts of Groningen!

The studio "De Noot" is complete, cozy and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, within walking distance of public transport, on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, work or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available to guests. There is a large green yard and an orchard. We have: chickens, rooster, a few sheep and a sweet dog (stable). 0verig: is on ground floor, free parking.

Our house is a former business premises and had quite a bit of space left over. Where previously the shop/office spaces with customer toilet were, in the fall of 2019 we created a bedroom, living room with kitchenette (with coffee and tea facilities/fridge) and toilet/shower. The shop entrance is now a private entrance for our guest house. Ordering breakfast is possible, but this is not included in the base price as standard.
