Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Groningen

A lovely spot, with a good host. Just what we needed as a landing spot for an overnight while visiting with some team from work. Thanks Jan!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The residential area is super nice and very quiet. Right outside the front door is a beautiful small beach and a jetty with access to the water. It is a bit away from Groningen, but easily accessible by car via Park + Ride, bus. The house was mostly clean. I can recommend staying here for a few days :)

what a beautiful house to stay in. The location is beautiful, if you want you can sail to the big lake. The property is nice and quiet. Nearby, plenty to do. The cottage is packed with amenities. Very nice beds and equipped with all facilities. Nice to stay with the family.

Beautiful house, quietly located on the waterfront. Everything is available for a cozy stay. Large kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms with views and living room with fireplace and large dining table. Super cozy cats! And the possibility to use the boat is a nice extra.

We loved the semi rural setting that was a safe 15 minute bike ride to the beautiful and bustling city centre. Our family visited us (total of 6 people in the house) during our stay, and there was plenty of space. 100% recommended.

We took a girls weekend trip and the place was perfect for us! The garden was great and due to the proximity to downtown, a lunch break in the house was also easily doable:)... The house was more than well-equipped! Thank you! We will be happy to come back:)

It was so great! We were here with a group of girls. The house is so warm, cozy and spacious. It makes you happy right away. The cat, Joop, is sweet and you hardly notice it. The garden is beautiful and the conservatory is really great to sit in with beautiful or even less weather. Took a nice dip in the water in front of the cottage. The neighborhood is also too nice. Nice, friendly people. Very familiar. Jacob is very nice and helpful. Think along and no question is too crazy. Great. We'd love to come back.

We spent 4 nights at this place, and absolutely loved it! The location is in the country along a canal. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. What a gem! I highly recommended this place to others!

Lovely sleep! We also ate in the evening. Was lovely and nice cook. We were the only ones staying for dinner and he stopped by to discuss what he would make. For us the first time at an eco-camping, but very well liked it.

Johanna was very responsive and offered to pick my partner and I up from the nearby town. On the day of our checkout she drove us to the nearby village for easier access to public transport, very kind and friendly woman!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed. We stayed in a lovely old caravan from 1949 with special carvings and engraved windows. There was a good wood-burning stove and ample wood to burn. When the sun was shining, the car automatically got nice and warm. We enjoyed the garden, the birds and the natural surroundings. Aagje was a very friendly host.

we were brought the last bit over the sandy path because our car was not suitable for that (it had rained a lot), because of this it immediately felt like we were really gone. The area is beautiful, lots of peace and space and opportunities to go into nature. The cottage was a cozy place to return after an autumn walk with a fireplace and candles on. The kitchen is very complete also with herbs/oil/tea/utensils and nice crockery. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed Kirsten's cottage. We had booked the cottage for our Honeymoon, and it is really a romantic place. It is wonderfully quiet, you can enjoy the birds and sounds of the forest. The house is full of comforts and nicely decorated. The conservatory was very cozy, with the fireplace, really a nice place. We made good use of the spa: sauna, outdoor shower and hot tub. Floating and drinking in the hot tub was a favorite. And the bed slept really wonderfully, which is nice! Norg is in a beautiful area. Easily accessible with the bicycles that you can use at the cottage. The contact with Kirsten went very well, she responds immediately when you have a question. She had arranged a sweet welcome package for us. We enjoyed it and would love to come back.

It was a very nice stay in a very nice, quiet and green place, with a very nice host and hostess. They made sure we didn't miss anything, and that we felt right at home. Definitely recommended.

Ylona also left us her private house, due to construction work on the house originally rented. Thank you for this service and trust! It was very cozy and Ylona was always responsive to questions. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi!
