A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!

This lovely comfortable house is located near the city center and a green park. Fully equipped; free parking and the free use of two bicycles... Within 10 minutes you can be in the center by bike. But once again in the home you will experience the peace and space. The house has two spacious bedrooms and a workspace with a balcony. Two rooms with a double bed. One bedroom with a single bed.
