Monthly Rentals in Greater Northdale

My children and I loved this home! It was so cozy and quiet. Even though it was in a townhouse, the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. My kids didnt want to leave. If we ever visit tampa again I will definitely stay here if its available. Lori was so sweet and answered any questions I had promptly.

Ariana is one of the kindest and most responsive Airbnb hosts that I have ever dealt with and I have stayed in many Airbnbs. I was staying in the house for 3.5 months with my parents while my Dad got cancer treatment. Ariana was very accommodating in making our long stay possible and was always quick to respond whenever little things came up. She's great. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in North Tampa, but which is also close to grocery stores (Publix/ Whole Foods) and shopping. The backyard, which looks over a little lake with beautiful cypress trees and lots of birds, was also a nice plus. The bedrooms (aside from the master) were a bit on the small side, as were the bathrooms, but I think this was only an issue because we were there so long. For a few weeks this would not have been a problem. It was also hard to have more than one car there, and some of the furniture could use updating. Overall, though, this is a nice place to stay.

Very cozy. perfect for me and my son. I met Jennifer and Omar and they are very nice. fresh eggs was a nice surprise. It was hard to believe how close we were to Tampa. very quiet and secluded place.

Lis was very accessible. The place was great for the price. The walls were thin as we heard conversations and smelled the food that was cooked. Lis had everything needed for the beach readily available. Other than the walls, this is a great stay!!!!
