We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Lucrezia is a great and accommodating host. Particularly noteworthy is the terrace and the garden of the property.

This is a lovely place located in the peaceful countryside of Tuscany.

The location is fantastic, with stunning views of Livorno and Pisa, at sunset it is practically a painting. The location is strategic as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano and Montepulciano are just a stone's throw away. The accommodation, in a tower of an old medieval castle is definitely out of the ordinary. The garden, spacious and clean, very enjoyable in summer, also set up for the barbecue. Experience really worth recommending!

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

Beautifully finished holiday home in a lovely peaceful setting with great views. Well set up for small children, with toys and play area in the communal spots and a toy box in the apartment on request. Martina was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Really a nice place, very simple and well-kept. in the middle of the woods, no TV, in complete silence. In a few minutes by car, you can reach the town and the shops. very clean, very comfortable bed, everything very nice and characteristic. a beautiful experience that I recommend, if you want to dive into a bucolic past that no longer exists. A quiet, impeccably furnished heaven. Every need provided for, slept tremendously in the quiet, loved the tiny village two shops and the backyard an oasis from a busy life. Thank you Leonardo. We cannot wait to return.

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Magical stay at Paola's. Difficult to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed with us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car from the station and greeted us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious -, difficult to have a better arrival especially after a long trip. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day into the Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't go back from her generosity! She takes care of all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We would highly recommend staying with Paola, the best airbnb host we've had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you were wonderful, and we are already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci!:)

Beautifully located in nature, accommodation in the mountains far away from the hustle and bustle. Super clean and very well-equipped place. Fantastically beautiful garden and great pool. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We had a very nice, relaxing stay on Bellavista. Angela and her father were extremely welcoming. We were supplied with our own wine, homemade luggage and farm fruits. Staying on Bellavista was definitely worth it and we'll be in the area again at some point, we'll be back! Wehrli family

Claudia is a great hostess, always very helpful and super nice. We felt very comfortable. The apartments have everything you need, the pool is great - very clean and with a wonderful view. The location is also great - in about 15 minutes you are in the Volterra and up to San Gimignano you only need half an hour. We will be happy to come back and thank you for the delicious oil and the nice holiday!

Spectacular experience, 4-day getaway in a group of motorcyclists, the place is spectacular, Susanna is very helpful, kind and nice, we also took advantage of the pool and the barbecue in the garden, she provided us with all the information needed for a barbecue with all the trimmings. Absolutely recommended place.

*Super super nice and relaxing* We had a great time and, above all, the relaxation we were longing for. The view was even more beautiful than we expected from the photos. Daniele was a perfect and very nice host. The accommodation inside and outside was also 100% what we had hoped for. Highly recommended!

Boggina was such a beautiful setting for our two families. There is no air conditioning, but the house kept beautifully cool by using the shutters in the day and using fans at night. The bedrooms were dreamy, full of trinkets from families past. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed a lovely wine tasting tour! We basically didn’t want to leave! Many thanks team Marco 😊

As soon as you open the door, you fall in love with the place. Then seeing the view of the countryside makes it even better. The location was perfect for our needs of walking into town or driving to wineries and truffle hunting. Leonardo was responsive to all our questions and provided us with great ideas of things to do. Really nice apartment inside the city so everything is within walking distance. Very artsy interior desing, it's definitely made for tourists, I liked it.

Beautiful place between Cecina and Volterra to stay in complete tranquility and relaxation in the Tuscan hills, panora and fantastic sunset. Convenient to visit medieval villages and not far from the famous Etruscan coast and for those who love cities you can reach Pisa and Siena. Fausto is a fantastic host, accurate and very helpful, but not intrusive, he gave us directions to places to visit, typical beaches and also very nice restaurants nearby. Our stay was pleasant and relaxing what we wanted was to stay away from the confusion and daily stress, if this is what you are looking for here you can find it... you will only hear the "noise" of cicadas.

Very friendly host, he gave us a tour and showed us how to operate things. The apartment is on the second floor (one large staircase, no elevator) and was very roomy. The host made us breakfast in the morning and was helpful in giving us travel tips for visiting sites in Florence.

Really pleasant stay! Giulia is a kind and helpful host and the house is just like in the photos, well-kept, comfortable and bright. The strategic location behind Piazza Santa Croce allows you to easily move around the center of Florence on foot 🥰

we had a great time at the house of Sabrina and Massimo! the place is nicely renovated and has a very cosy feeling to it. The views from the garden were spectacular and it was nice and quiet in the area. it felt like an little Italian paradise. We really enjoyed the eggs and salad that Massimo gave us. They are both very friendly, helpfull and very quick to respond. Despite the colder weather, we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone!
