Susan is a wonderful hostess! She communicates well and promptly. Cottage was clean and neat, and felt like home. Great home base for excursions around the Brevard area. Easy access to downtown Cocoa, and the beaches.

Our stay at Alexandra's was truly exceptional and completely exceeded all my expectations. The listing promised a peaceful, relaxing, and restful experience, and it delivered on every single count. The home was clean and had more than enough room for our family. Communication was quick and informative. We had a relaxing week in Melbourne. While we were there in April, the beach was very quiet. There were only a few other families on the beach.

Our stay at the Coral Retreat was perfect. We were at the house for six days with our two teenage boys and of all the hotels and resorts we’ve stayed at this place takes the cake. We had countless manatee swimming right by and up to the property and we also saw dolphins a few times. The house is in a very serene neighborhood and if you want a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel or other touristy areas that feels like an actual home for your family - you will find it here. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It was apparent that lots of thought went into decorating and furnishing the house so you can enjoy your stay. The beach was within a short walk as well as many restaurants and shops. There was also a nice grocery store very close that has everything you need. My wife and I loved our stay here and I’m hoping that we can make this our regular go-to place for a Florida getaway.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay…had everything needed. Convenient to all and walkable. Beautiful morning walks down the intercoastal .. kayaking early recommended. Museum was fabulous and did a ride to the state park and enjoyed the island amenities too! Good food at local restaurants including music if you want — look forward to visiting again! We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. As local Floridians who have stayed at many Airbnbs along the coast, we can confidently say this one stands out. The attention to detail and overall vibe made it feel like a true home away from home. We’ll definitely be booking this spot again for our next beach escape!

This place is amazing! We had the best time on our family spring break! Morning coffees on the deck while watching dolphins, manatee, sting ray and ducks were a family favorite. We kayaked almost everyday and were treated to dolphin sightings and the most picture perfect sunsets. We were lucky enough to see FOUR space launches! You are a quick walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Thank you, Heather, for a fantastic experience and the perfect family getaway!

Our family just enjoyed another incredible weekend at Mahalo Dudes beachfront condo—our 2nd year returning, and it certainly won’t be our last! The condo is beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway (we are so thankful for the bountiful towels stocked and ready for use). Waking up to breathtaking ocean views and stepping right onto the sand made every moment feel like paradise. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, from their friendly communication to the small touches that make guests feel truly welcome. We’ve created wonderful memories here, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year. If you're looking for a laid-back, beachside retreat, this is the place to be!

Would 100% stay here again. You can tell everything in the condo was thought out, and they have everything you would need plus more. Being that I had to fly in, there were definitely things I could not bring with me that I wish that I could have that were thankfully at the condo once I arrived, which took that stress off of me. The beach was easy to access and extremely quiet which we loved. 10/10

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jeanne’s condo in Cocoa Beach. It was very clean, comfortable, and just steps to the beach! She supplied beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and even towels, just in case you forgot to pack necessities! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Jeanne!

Went here for a work trip/ family trip. The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The views were great, loved how it felt so private with the pool and beach.
