This is a nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of room to sleep larger groups. Not far from Notre Dame and good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This is a second wonderful stay that I had at Diane's place. Would highly recommend to those visiting the Berrien Springs area.

We absolutely loved this place. It was pristine, well decorated, and very cozy. The beds were high quality and the pillows were feathery soft. Beautiful inside and out. We appreciated the privacy and natural surroundings. The hosts were friendly and great communicators. We have put this on our list to come back to every year.

Wonderful location and in a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking and have everything that you would need and like to see in an Airbnb. We would most definitely stay again when we are in the area.

The location is great and the neighborhood was pretty quiet during our stay there. There is a walking trail at the end of the road that made it easy to get places and was very close to a nearby dog park for our pup. The beds were a little squeaky but very comfortable. The place was beautiful and very clean. We were very happy with our stay.

We had a very comfortable stay! The home appeared to have been recently renovated. It was very clean and Teresa had thought of every little detail. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect. It was nice and clean with a great rooftop deck and screened in porch. The location could not have been better, walking distance to everything in town. Everything was easy as far as check in and check out with a book explaining everything in the house. Mark was great at responding to questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely family reunion at St Joe’s overlook. Kitchen came with literally everything- all sorts of cooking instruments (crock pot, air fryer, toaster etc), spices/oils, and zip lock bags for leftovers. All brand new appliances and ample prep space. We got the pool heated and it was wonderful! Very large size to fit all the family kids. The hot tub was a nice save for the adults who were freezing. Beautiful views from the living room of the river with ample and comfy seating. The home was perfect for a large gathering. We appreciate Evan and Claire hosting us they were always responsive and helpful.

Lovely home, many well thought out perks like fans in upstairs rooms and beach toys for kids! Info said it was an easy short walk to beach so I spent a whole lot more than I usually would. With children it would not be pleasant and is really not a short walk (and is on a semi busy road) & beach is down a whole lot of steps. BUT there are parking spaces so it was fine. Within the house, the steps are fairly steep at parts & there are 2?big ones going into house &!these were hard for my 70 year old mom w knee issues. So if person reading reviews is one of those people, this might not be THE place. That being said, it is very short walk to community pool & host is very responsive & house is beautiful! My mom mostly stayed within first floor including an awesome bed/bath on ground floor. There are games (although I didn’t love the Ouija board 🫣😂) . This would be a great place for multiple family / friends to split cost ;) Its very beautiful & community pool & hot tub are great!

We had an amazing stay to celebrate a milestone birthday with my extended family! The house comfortably fit 4 families and a labradoodle and was excellent for the 5 kiddos. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic for cooler than expected temperatures Memorial Day weekend and kept the kids entertained. We opted to cook and grill at the house and had everything we needed. The house is also super close to the beautiful New Buffalo beach. We will be back!

only thing was the road had working beening done so that was out of his hands trash didn't get pick up he got them out thier pick up the trash coffee maker died he brought us different one back yard was all fence in our service dog had so much fun out thier playing

This place is adorable! It made us feel like we were in a cozy cottage all by ourselves. Each room had nice touches. The fully stocked kitchen was great. And although we didn’t eat any, it was very thoughtful to have bagels and cream cheese in the refrigerator.

Allie was fantastic! So responsive and flexible and open with us. The house was just as described and had everything we needed and more. Could not recommend more and can’t wait to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this home, perfectly located within a few blocks of Notre Dame campus where our daughter was attending camp. Our kids spent hours on the sport court in the backyard shooting hoops and we loved all of the fenced in room to run. The home itself was perfect for our needs, well equipped in the kitchen, plenty of bedroom space (and very comfortable beds!) and fun extra amenities like the foosball table. A fabulous first stay in South Bend for our family!

Cute little spot! The trains nearby were not much of a problem, but could be a bit loud at times. I kind of enjoyed the sound! We ran a fan at night and masked the noise well and the home seemed well-insulated from the noise. Fantastic decor! Perfect for our needs for an overnight stay, and great to have so much parking space for our small U-Haul trailer.

Holley's place fit the description and photos exactly as presented. We were looking for a place that was relatively close to Notre Dame, and that allowed us to bring our dog. This place fit the bill. It was easy to find, clean, and as I said, fit the description and photos exactly. It was also a nice area to walk our dog. We were here in December and so we could not take advantage of the lake, but if you are here in summer, it's just a stone's throw away, and I imagine very nice. When you think about how much hotels in South Bend and even Elkhart charge on game days this was a no brainer. The price was solid and it was a relatively fast and easy drive from ND. I would definitely stay here again on another game weekend. Thank you Holley!

This home was fabulous! and so was Carol. she always responded instantly to any questions I had. she was super friendly, and amazing at being flexible for our check in and check out times. the home was perfect for the amount of people in my family and I was so grateful we got to take our pet with us. the backyard was huge and he loved it! the small touches were amazing with the coffee bar and even a little pet station with bowls and poop bags. it was fabulous and I HIGHLY recommend staying here and renting from Carol.
