What a beautiful stay! It’s even more beautiful in person. The location is perfect, all of the popular restaurants are steps away. The water also gets really hot which I loved!! I would stay again.

Isabelle was an excellent host. She was there when we arrived, she always responded immediately, had fabulous recommendations and connections on the island, and was flexible when we asked for an early check in and late check out. The refrigerator and cupboards were stocked with basics and treats. The apartment is sleek, white and comfortable with modern details and cleaver features. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Firstly, let me just say that Shameeka is host extraordinaire! Very friendly, transparent, extremely helpful and respond promptly even before I confirmed my booking. I felt right at home. The place was beautifully designed, impeccably clean with stunning views. Loved it!!! Shameeka, thank you for being an awesome host! Highly recommend!

This place is just spotless, We'll be back for sure. Whether it's the layout, the decor, the bedding, the location, the comfort of the apartment, it feels like home. Go with your eyes closed.

The place was really nice and clean and we really had no complaints regarding the stay. I will say the drive can be a little bit challenging as the house is located at the top of a hill but once you get used to it, it’s fine. The condo is located in a residential neighborhood so it’s approximately 30 minute drive from Simpson Bay. Downtown is approximately 15 minute drive as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location in the heart of Maho. Great beaches within walking distance. Many great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Grocery store a 5-7 minute walk. Additional restaurants and stores in Simpson Bay and Cupecoy just minutes away by car. I'm a repeat customer bc the place has everytihing I need/want. Mark is a teriffic host!

I had an amazing stay! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to great food, shops, and the stunning Maho Beach. The space was spotless and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. This was perfect for my solo adventure, and I’d absolutely return. Our stay at Matthew’s Airbnb in St. Martin was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. Danielle is incredible—kind, responsive, and full of amazing recommendations. Whether it was the best local restaurants, beaches, or day trips, they had all the insider tips. They were always quick to answer our questions, making our experience seamless and stress-free. The Airbnb was just like the pictures (if not better!). The view from the balcony was amazing and having the private pool was the best thing ever. Michael was just fantastic! Such a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Informed us of local spots to pick up a few things. His property is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. You feel right at home. Plants on the property are beautiful and landscaping well done. He is creating a nice lily pond which will add to this tranquil little escape. I can’t wait to visit the island again because I will be booking here again. I have already told my colleagues about this booking and they are too looking forward to booking.

The stay was very pleasant and the home was impeccable. You won’t regret booking with this host. They were very attentive and hospitable. From the location to the views we enjoyed our stay at this villa. I will definitely book again when I return to St Maarten.

Directly across from Walter Plantz square. One block from beach, we could see the ocean. Clean, secure and roomy. Walking distance to everything in Philipsburgh. Would recommend this place for families and friends looking to get away to a great beach and island.

From start to finish of our stay the host was very accommodating and responsive. The villa is beautiful and the location is ideal as it’s near to all amenities including a private beach at Indigo Bay. This came in handy when there are a lot of cruise ships on the island and other beaches are busy. The villas had everything we needed to feel very comfortable and at home, our family of 4 which included my kid who is 4 years old definitely enjoyed it. Each bedroom and bathroom was very clean and is one of the best stays we’ve ever been. The pool was ideal and not too large. The views are amazing and you could see the ships as they come in and out of port which was very cool. I would easily recommend here to anyone else and would definitely consider staying here again!

A great place to stay for a group! The house was clean and well stocked with toiletries, towels, detergents, beach chairs, basic ingredients in the kitchen, a cooler and so much more that made us feel at home. We appreciated that the host always responded quickly whenever we had a question or concern. For instance, one of our air conditioning units wasn’t working and he sent over a repair man on the next day. We would definitely recommend!

There's a reason Fleur de Mar has a near perfect rating. Their villa was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. The view is incredible and the villa has everything you could possibly need. It also was close to everything. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. I'd also like to give a big thank you to Donald their house manager. Talk about responsive, he literally showed up within minutes when we had an issue with the air conditioning. He was super friendly and called to wish us a safe journey home. I can't wait to go back!

This place was fabulous! The host was extremely responsive, informative and proactive! He thought of everything! He sent a video to be included with the check in process. That was a first. The AC works great! Everything is labeled! The coffee shop is right in front of the complex, as is EVERYTHING ELSE! This was such a great stay and St. Maarten was amazing! We stayed in Anguilla first for about 4 days, then St. Maarten for 4 days, the British Virgin Islands for about 8 days, then St. Thomas for a day.

Wow! Don’t know where to start. This place is exactly what you see on the site. We were met upon arrival by four staff members and of course Sam with his rum punch ! One thing about this place is the staff are all amazing and make you feel like part of their family . The beach is amazing and if your looking for quiet and relaxing this is the place to be . There are so many great places to eat close by but I do recommend renting a car . Driving is very safe on the island and we never had an issue . The local restaurants were better then the big resort chains by far . Sharkey’s is a must, Picante has the best margaritas on the island by far and the Mexican food is awesome , Artisan Pizza makes the best authentic Italian pizza and that’s just to mention a few. Meads bay beach is by far the best but shoal bay east, Maundays bay, and little bay are must visits . Don’t hesitate to book tranquility resort if your looking for the most beautiful accommodations, beach and staff on the island !

We had a great stay the place has great views and easy walking distance for food. We will be back.

Loved Minetta’s place and I would definitely recommend for all. And will probably go back there in the future for sure!

The condo was exactly as described. Wonderful place with a beautiful view and a great pool area with a bar and restaurant. You can walk to Mullet Bay Beach if you like. A great stay. 👍

Roel made our stay perfect. From the minute, we walked in the door everything was above expectations. The location was peaceful and really immersed you in a vacation vibe. The house was clean and there were even a few little surprises that got our vacation off to a great start. It was stocked so that we did not have to get to the store right aw. He really did think of things that we would apply to our own home. If something was even slightly off, he would offer a solution. We had a small issue with the blender and he brought over a new one!. He made it so there was no hesitation to communicate with him when needed. The location was right next to the runway, but you could hardly hear anything and it was very peaceful. The beach in the area was one of our favorites though the island is great to explore. We very safe and secure and at home. We would absolutely stay again due to everything from the experience to the value to Roel’s ‘s hospitality

Lovely apartment. Very spacious and well located with all what you need for a short stay. Quiet and good place to spend good time. Kevin left us all the basics in the kitchen and lots of towels to use.
