Vacation rentals with a patio in Grand Case

If you’re having doubts about this place, doubt No More!! It is pure perfection!!!❤️❤️. Cathy assisted us with the check in and basically walked us through every thing she thought we needed for our stay! The views ..I cannot say enough about the beauty of this property ❤️❤️❤️. When we lifted the mechanical shade on the patio and saw how close we were to the ocean and waters and beach life, we knew we picked the right place! I had coffee every morning to the music of ocean waves. The beds and pillows were so comfy - I slept Wonderful! Grocery store close by and the kitchen had everything we needed to have meals and coffee l etc.. The pool was empty everyday - most go to beach, but it had gorgeous surroundings 😍 This place is gorgeous and we will be returning to the island and staying at this exact location ❤️❤️❤️

Sash was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. The views are absolutely amazing! Not for inexperienced drivers, the steep inclines could be difficult for some folks but just make sure you have an automatic transmission. I have driven in very rough terrain before so was not an issue for me. We loved that you could see St Barth’s and Saba from the front porch. We loved having breakfast there every morning! The port was ver close by for any excursions we had planned. Again, the views are well worth the trip up the hill!

The stay at the apartment was fantastic. Beautiful view, ultra comfortable bed, very nice terrace, air conditioning, clean apartment... we were in paradise for a week. The apartment really matches the photos but even better in real life! There are several restaurants very well next door for dinner and you can walk there. Emmanuelle recommended lots of places to us and check-in/check-out is very good. We will be returning for the next trip to St. Martin.☀️

Avaloy stay was just amazing and peaceful, I was accommodated so easily on the island. I will be booking again for the future and I do recommend her for anyone in SXM! 🩷

Isabelle was an excellent host. She was there when we arrived, she always responded immediately, had fabulous recommendations and connections on the island, and was flexible when we asked for an early check in and late check out. The refrigerator and cupboards were stocked with basics and treats. The apartment is sleek, white and comfortable with modern details and cleaver features. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Miranda was a wonderful hostess, starting out with her extreme flexibility. We literally reached out to book as we were boarding our plane to SXM that morning and she graciously accepted our last minute request. The directions provided were spot on and the codes for gates and doors worked seamlessly. The living space was spotless and well appointed for our party of 2. Miranda checked in to make sure we had gotten settled in ok and made herself available. We had one minor issue with the AC, and she had the matter resolved immediately. The rest of the week was spent relaxing and enjoying the lovely island. We love the Lowlands area for a home-base. We felt very safe staying in this location and would definitely return for a future visit.

This property exceeded our expectations, well appointed, well maintained, amazing amenities and views of the ocean. We felt at home away from home. Isa was an amazing host and always proactive in making sure all was in order with our stay and the unit. Even providing interim cleaning services during our stay. We enjoyed staying at the Cliff condos over the years and this is by far one of the best units we stayed at. We will definitely come back and select this same unit for our future stays. Thank you, Isa for making our stay a pleasant one!

Our stay at Matthew’s Airbnb in St. Martin was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. Danielle is incredible—kind, responsive, and full of amazing recommendations. Whether it was the best local restaurants, beaches, or day trips, they had all the insider tips. They were always quick to answer our questions, making our experience seamless and stress-free. The Airbnb was just like the pictures (if not better!). The view from the balcony was amazing and having the private pool was the best thing ever. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nettle Bay. The location was very peaceful and serene, away from all of the nightlife activities. A gas station/market was conveniently located across the street, which was a huge plus for us - we practically stopped in each night before heading back to the villa. Cupecoy and Marigot were also a short drive away. We loved the travel size products and perfume samples that were provided as well. Marie was very communicative and shared some excellent recommendations for activities/food around the island. We will definitely be back.

Great hosts, beautiful location with views of St. Barts and Saba, and fabulous interior. Getting to the house was a bit frightening because of the steep terrain but it was worth it. Afterwards, though, you realize it’s manageable and kind of fun. I had a small rental car and it was doable. However, a small SUV would have been perfect. I would stay here again.

Oliver was a fantastic and very responsive host, always ready to answer our questions quickly. The location of the villa is absolutely amazing, with a breathtaking view that we loved to admire every day. Although the villa shows some signs of age and could benefit from some renovations, it has a lot of charm and character, which made our stay special. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to those looking for a beautiful and relaxing place.

This place was fabulous! The host was extremely responsive, informative and proactive! He thought of everything! He sent a video to be included with the check in process. That was a first. The AC works great! Everything is labeled! The coffee shop is right in front of the complex, as is EVERYTHING ELSE! This was such a great stay and St. Maarten was amazing! We stayed in Anguilla first for about 4 days, then St. Maarten for 4 days, the British Virgin Islands for about 8 days, then St. Thomas for a day.

Charonne’s place is amazing getaway spot! It’s perfectly located within walking distance of the best restaurants, bars, and attractions in Maho, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The space itself was exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Getting in and out was a breeze, and there were plenty of parking options for those looking to rent a car and venture further. What truly set this stay apart was Charonne’s hospitality. She went above and beyond, sharing fantastic recommendations for must-visit spots and the best local dining. Her tips really made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t regret it!

Together with our three children, we enjoyed the fantastic apartment for two weeks. A very clean, modern and spacey apartment. The location is central and the apartment can be reached from two sides, a steep but completely paved road and a less steep road that consists for a small part of boulders (and otherwise paved). The host is very friendly and thoughtful.

This was my second time in Sint Maarten and I had to get this place again. The location is a 7 minute drive from Phillipsburg and 10 minutes from restaurants on Welfare road. A 2 minute walk to Lucky. You can't go wrong here, the jacuzzi is an added bonus. I plan to stay again next year.

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.

Love the place, stayed numerous times, perfect location, walking distance to numerous restaurants stores,etc. Very clean, onsite food and drinks are amazing! Recommend to anyone heading to SXM!
