Waterfront vacation rentals in Grand Case

A modern furnished apartment with a beautiful view of Orient Bay. The kitchen is sufficient to make your own breakfast and the washing machine in the bathroom is also very helpful to quickly wash your clothes or beach towels. The property managers are super nice and helpful. A private parking lot is included with the apartment. The whole vacation home complex is very quiet and clean. The only thing you can hear is the sound of the sea...and that is heavenly. If I return to the island one day I will book this Airbnb again.

We visit St. Martin often so we were familiar with Anse Marcel and the French side of the island (you will definitely need a car). This villa was absolutely perfect for our needs! It feels like a giant, luxurious hotel room with a kitchen - and the view is incredible to wake up to every day. The Anse Marcel beach club is just steps away if you want an upscale lunch as well as beach chair rentals. Otherwise, you can just take the comfortable chairs and umbrella from the condo and relax on the beach for free. And be sure to check out the Italian restaurant - so tasty, cozy and wonderful on a casual night. Last but not least, Pricilia is an amazing host! Great communication and so friendly. We hope to visit again soon.

The place is wonderful, you have peace that is important, you have everything you require at home, a cute balcony, comfortable beds, hot water, kitchen utensils and the super friendly and cute host for whatever you need, thank you for everything. I'll be back soon something else the beach is one of the best on the island.

We had a great time at Amelie’s place. The beach was very private and the sand was clean, it was the best beach we saw on the whole island. To be able to eat every meal on the patio was great, we enjoyed the decor so much ! The sunset view was a great bonus. The appartement was as described and as seen on the pictures. We had all we needed to cook, which we did for most meals. I highly recommend !

Alex's place was really nice. There was lots of room inside and the outside patio was really big with lots of furniture and a view of the ocean. We enjoyed relaxing out there looking at the boats. The beds were really comfortable and he also had 2 kayaks that we could use. We definitely recommend his place!

This place is beautifully decorated, steps from the beautiful beach and Thomas, the host is just the best.

We had a couple of electric outages while we stayed there, but this is how people leave on the Dutch side, it's not what the host can fix. Otherwise the apartment is probably THE BEST in Philipsburg. There's so much to enjoy: the palm grove and one of the best beaches right at the door, a view on the boardwalk from the living room window, a view on the cruise ship marina from the bathroom (you can see the ships, no one can see you), all the bars and shops in a short walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and could not ask for more.

It was our first trip to St Martin and we really enjoyed our stay at Laurent’s place. The renovations done were beautiful and the place was very comfortable with all amenities included. Anything we did require Laurent was quick to respond and supply us. The views of the ocean from the patio and the mountains from the kitchen were incredible. The area is great safe and secure and very close to all major shopping restaurants etc within a 5 minute drive. It’s a very central location with orient beach village a 7 minute driver with great beach and restaurants. Also the small city of Grand Case a 10 minute drive to an amazing group of restaurants and beach front bars which we really enjoyed. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return and stay again at Laurents place.

Francois is a wonderful host of a beautiful property. We had questions a few times and he was very quick to respond and help. We needed specific types of chargers in order to adapt our American devices to European outlets, and Francois went out himself to purchase them. Above and beyond!! His home is a great set-up with many nice amenities. A lovely property with fantastic views!! Thanks for everything Francois!!

I rented this beautiful villa to celebrate my husband's birthday with family and friends. Once I, booked the house Manoj, reached out to me and created texting groups so we can communicated easily. Manoj connected us with the Transportation company Darean, was also available to us thanks for Manoj. Manoj was able get us in contact with the catering ( Chefs) service whom prepare our meals for the birthday by the way the food was so delicious. He was even able to take care of our last minute needs (such as the Photographer). He also connected us with the ATV and UTV company and we took a tour of the Island it was so beautiful! also Manoj was a great communicator. He was always responsive it didn't matter what time we reach out to hime for questions. Manoj made sure we were able to have a memorable vacation. The stay was very pleasant and the home was impeccable. You won’t regret booking with this host. They were very attentive and hospitable. From the location to the views we enjoyed our stay at this villa. I will definitely book again when I return to St Maarten.

This villa is the perfect spot for a quiet, peaceful getaway. Located on a hill in a gated community, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of Guana Bay and St. Barts. The villa is beautifully furnished, with a well-stocked kitchen that has everything you need to cook for a family or hire a private chef. The pool is fantastic, and the outdoor bathroom and shower were a wonderful, unique touch. Our host was extremely responsive and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, a private chef, and taxis. When our flight was delayed by 4 hours, they graciously allowed us a late check-out, which was a huge help. The beach in nearby Gibbs Bay is perfect for sunbathing or watching the sunrise, though the waves can be rough for swimming so use caution. Renting a car is highly recommended, as the villa is in a secluded area and has a steep access road. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return to this beautiful villa.

Absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating! I accidently booked a early departure by a day as compared to the flight home and Michelle was very accommodating which I am grateful for. Everything was beautiful and very well maintained!!

Honestly, the view is even better than the pictures. You will be knocked off your feet the second you walk in and see this view of St. Barthes and the surrounding ocean and some mountains. STUNNING. The place is immaculate and very modern and new. Super safe secure area that is also very private. This place is a no brainer. Don’t look at anything else. Just rent it! It is, however, on a VERY steep hill with lots of other steep hills you have to climb. You’ll want a good rental with all wheel drive especially if it rains at all, as it can cause the hills to become slick, so you need good traction or you’ll spin out. Carrefour Market is the place to get your groceries, especially if you are from the US as it’s literally like going to Stop & Shop. Avoid Oceans 82 and Bamboo House…overpriced tourist traps. Everywhere else is great. Oh, and the beds are super comfy as well…sorry, forgot to add that.

Fantastic location. Small simple studio, but right on the beach in Grand Case. Location couldn’t be better. There a beach bar a few doors down that has a party on Sundays that is a little loud but it ends fairly early and is only on Sunday. Would highly recommend this pace for a couple.

Our stay at Mount Vernon Secret was nothing short of exceptional. Located in the peaceful cul-de-sac area of Orient Bay, this beautifully designed and impeccably appointed studio exceeded all expectations. Superhost Michel thought of every detail to make it feel like home, and the local managers, Regine and Bertrand, were wonderfully attentive and welcoming. We explored the entire island, but every day, we were reminded that “our beach” was truly the best. Waking up to the sound of the ocean, sipping espresso while watching the sunrise from the balcony, and enjoying morning swims in both the ocean and the pool became our daily rituals. Now back in wintery Boston, we find ourselves missing the warmth, beauty, and tranquility of this perfect retreat. We can’t wait to return! Stephan and Jessie

Great stay! The studio was perfect for my needs and was within a short drive to everything you want to see. The sunsets from the patio were beautiful. I would recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island as taxis will add up quickly. Free parking right in front of the building. Nadia was very communicative with check in and check out. My flight was delayed and the hosts were accommodating with a slightly later check out time so I didn't have to sit at the airport for hours and hours.

The Anchise apartment is a great option for anyone heading to SXM. It's right next to Maho Beach, the island's best-known beach, and next to the condominium you'll find a supermarket, snack bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, convenience stores, jewelry stores, a casino, and bars—everything just a few steps away. Anchise was quick to respond and provided clear, accurate information. Thank you very much for your welcome, once again we were very happy to stay with you. We hope to see you again soon. Zora’s place is beautiful. It’s well thought out and comfortable. It’s a short walk to a quiet, beautiful beach. Zora is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The home was exactly as described. Photos don't do it justice! As soon as we walked in, we felt like we hit the jackpot! It was very clean, brand new and very comfortable. All the design and decor of the interior space were carefully thought out. The upstairs has a very comfortable den area to hang out. I would just be careful for tall people moving around the upstairs bedroom from the low ceiling near the windows. The master bedroom downstairs is HUGE and so was the bathroom. We love the open kitchen and living room space it brings great energy and we also have the option to open up the doors to the balcony overlooking the yachts. I don't have anything negative to add about this home because it was that great. We only had a tiny preference to add - we wish the shower water pressure was stronger but that was it! Overall it was such a great fine, we can't wait to come back to this little gem!!

It is a very lovely condo. We loved the deck area that looked out on a beautiful roof top garden. The roof top pool is very nice. Comfortable chairs and umbrellas. If you are into watching the planes, there is a good observation area. The condo had many welcoming touches that made us feel right at home. A great stay!
