Vacation rentals with beach access in Grado

Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

Die Wohnung war super nah an der Altstadt und man hatte alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber und einen Parkplatz gibt es auch vor der Tür. Wenn man einen schönen Strand sucht, muss man ein Stück fahren aber ansonsten alles top.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern knapp eine Woche in der Wohnung. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Lage - echt optimal - diese ist unmittelbar beim Strand wo auch ein Spielplatz vorzufinden ist. Parkplatz ist auch im Quartier an der Straße knapp 50 m entfernt - bei der Anreise kann mann unmittelbar vor dem Hauseingang halten und gemütlich das Gepäck ausladen. Rose und Paulo sind top organisiert und sehr hilfsbereit, echt tolle Personen und TOP Gastgeber ☺️ Wir kommen gerne wieder - sicherlich in der Nebensaison, da die Gegend dann sehr entspannt ist.

Luca was a very kind and responsive host. We found the apartment very well prepared, it is in a good condition and has everything you need for cooking etc. The apartment has two bedrooms and a kitchen with a big table for spending your evenings. This matches the description, just be aware that there is no separate room with sofas etc if you travel with more people and look for additional space. We were four and fine with that. We stayed in winter and the area was very quiet as it is mainly a summer holiday destination. The offer of open restaurants, shops etc in the area is much lower during off season. You can get everything you need in the town centre though, and get there by car or bus. Parking at the house was easy and safe in the yard with a closed gate.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage super- fast direkt am Meer. Mit Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter in der unteren Etage war es gut auszuhalten -Ende September. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Grado zu erkunden oder auch weitere Ausflüge nach Triest, aber auch Kroatien zu unternehmen. Einzig das nicht funktionierende Fernsehen hätte ein Problem werden können, wenn das Wetter schlecht gewesen wäre. Dann lieber kein Fernseher angeben. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. Monica's place was great. Very tidy and you can find everything you need for cooking, dining, chilling and sleeping. Amazing location on the beach. Highly recommend and looking forward to come back again ✨️🌞🏡🫶

Sehr zu empfehlen. Blitzblank, gut in Schuss, zwei Balkone, die durch alle drei Zimmer (2 Schlafzimmer & 1 Wohnzimmer) zugänglich sind. Der Meerblick ist ein Traum. Geschlafen haben wir auch gut. Kommen gerne wieder - das nächste Mal inkl. Gelsenschutz (den haben wir nicht bedacht, ist aber notwendig am Abend in ganz Sabbiadoro wenn man keine Dippel haben will).

Muy buena experiencia, justo a unos pasos del mar, muy bien ubicado y muy amplio. Atendieron rápidamente nuestras solicitudes y fue un excelente lugar para descansar y salir a caminar.

Sve je bilo odlicno, smestaj lep, komforan, prostran, odlicno opremljen i čist. Kuca i dvorište jako lepi. Komforan ulazak u dvorište kolima, dosta mesta za parkiranje. Patricija je ljubazna i usluzna, sve preporuke za smestaj i domacina. Proveli smo divno vreme u Lido di Jesolu. Veliki pozdrav za Patriciju. Preporučićemo prijateljima i ponovo doći ako bude prilike.

La maison est très belle, avec une belle vue sur la mer. Andreja est très réactive et de bons conseils.

Häuschen in Strandnähe, genügend Platz für 6 Personen, sodass alle in Betten und Zimmern (3 Zimmer!) schlafen können. Hat genau gepasst für uns 2 Familien. Vielen Dank! Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Ondina ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Meer ist in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem süßen Haus mit großem Garten, Gartenmöbeln, Pool. Im Haus ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Meer, Geschäfte, Lokale in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder. Alberto ist immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Check in war total unkompliziert und früher möglich. Sehr empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Siamo stati ospiti di Boris 3 giorni; la sua casa è davvero molto graziosa e allegra, accessoriata con quello che serve, piena di luce e con una finestra sul mare meravigliosa! La posizione è molto comoda, mercato per la spesa praticamente sotto casa, ristoranti e vari negozi nei dintorni. Boris è stato un host molto gentile! Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Alles war super ;) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt: ob Strand, Padel, Tennis oder abends ein Drink an der Bar - die Unterkunft war für unseren Familienurlaub zu sechst einfach super.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Es war in jeder Hinsicht der schönste Urlaub, den ich mit meiner Familie verbracht habe. Die Wohnung war komfortabel, sehr sauber und erfüllte alle Bedürfnisse, zusätzlich zu einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Auf dem wunderbaren Markt im Stadtzentrum von Karauli fühlen Sie sich anders und wunderbar. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft in einem super Zustand und sehr sauber, die beste Lage in Porec !!! Gastgeberin sehr sympathisch und freundlich, hilft bei allem und ist immer sofort erreichbar..vielen herzlichen dank für alles :)!
