Monthly Rentals in Gowar East

We had a really beautiful stay, so peaceful. The house is super cosy and homely, we felt at home. Our dog also had the best time. Paul was a lovely host who gave us some great local recommendations. The games room was a really fun addition to our weekend. Can’t wait to come back and bring some friends or family with us.

Parklands is a wonderful vintage gem... amazing period features, especially the chimneys, pelmets and the green bathroom! it is very cosy and well equipped and the beds are super comfortable. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night but would definitely stay there again, if travelling that way. We had time for a walk around the garden and the bird life was prolific. The house is peaceful and private and the views from every window are of tranquil greenery. A big plus was the enclosed fully fenced area for the dogs.

Amazing little place that's in a group of old shop fronts, the kids love opening the front door and watching the cars go by. We stopped over on our drive from Adelaide to Melbourne, got in quite late but check in was super easy, the bathroom was clean and neat and the bedrooms a good size. Lauren was easy to reach and set up the portacot for our arrival, which was such a great help given our late check in.

the property is beautiful and the hosts are amazing. Highly recommend Cottage on High if you are visiting cental Victoria.
