Everything was great. The house is really very close to a beach and it has everything what we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The villa was lovely, with a great view, plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. The host was excellent, very helpful and very responsive. We had some initial teething problems with the internet, contact the host and he was at the villa resolving the issue within 10 minutes. I would definitely go back. Thank you Simos

we stayed six days in the beautiful villa, a couple with a one and a half year old. it's a great house for that age, a lovely garden lots of toys and all the equipment you need. The beach is 7 minutes away and the best taverna in town one minute away :) Maria was very helpful and thoughtful! highly recommended

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at KaDeView. The house is amazing and looks exactly as pictured (if not nicer). What we really appreciated was that the house had everything that we needed during our two week stay for a family with a baby and two early teenagers. The kitchen had all the basics (spices, olive oil, fruits, cookware) and there were plenty of glasses and dishes. The house has laundry, pool floats, pool nets, vacuum, and outside shower, …anything you’d need. The host was also fantastic and extremely accommodating. We arrived late at night and there was a whole spread of food and wine waiting for us. This was so thoughtful and exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The cleaners did a great job at keeping the house impeccable during our stay. Overall, I have never stayed at an Airbnb that was so well thought out and livable. Highly recommend booking this place. It felt like home and we definitely want to come back.

This listing exceeds all expectations. Even the beautiful photos do not do justice to the mood of this house. So high-quality equipped and everything has its place. We also often took the path to the sea by car, there is plenty of parking there. The loungers in front of the No Name Bar were even free at Consumation. The ice cream cups remain in our memory😋 The sea was fantastic, we still had 27 degrees. 100% recommendation.

Beautiful modern villa with breathtaking views every morning. Infinity pool was refreshing and a lovely part of the villa. Ample parking. Very quiet area with a little supermarket and restaurants nearby. Small quiet beach was just minutes away too. Throughly enjoyed our stay

Outstanding view - even better in person. Seems to captivate most who stay here. We stayed 3 nights (easily could have stayed longer) and had the entire property to ourselves (early November). George met us in person and had some nice bottles of wine for us as well as some helpful restaurant tips that we can also recommend (στου Λουλούδη - about two minute walk away and Alloro Cafe-Pizza-Grill - just south of town). The house was modern and comfortable both inside and outside. It also has a private off-street parking area - terrific to have. The location was convenient to some of the top places of interest such as Phaistos, Knossos, the Archaeological museum in Heraklion, and even Matala. Very lovely place to stay. We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Aires from start to finish. The house itself is exceptional and the setting is magnificent. Charis, the property manager went out of her way to help us in every way possible. She was fantastic. Would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday in a beautiful place.

Beautiful house and surroundings

Our stay at Mama La Roosa Villa was a dream. Petros was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a relaxing stay in Agia Pelagia. The villa was stunning - it had gorgeous ocean views from every angle, beautiful landscaping, and a modern design with every amenity needed for our trip. The villa felt quiet, private, and safe. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. We enjoyed the pool and backyard dining area so much that we decided to skip the beach! The warm hospitality from Petros is what made the stay - he arranged reservations at the best local restaurants and wineries. We felt that we were able to truly experience Greece thanks to our stay with Petros at Mama La Roosa Villa. We wish we could stay longer and can’t wait to return. Thank you Petros for an unforgettable experience!

We had our family group and had both villas. Lots of space to relax. Our host was extremely helpful meeting us on arrival and departure. We had a great time.

Great and quiet villa, in a nice area with a beautiful view. Everything was clean and great communication with the hosts (big thanks to Giannis & Georgios !), very helpful for recommendation too. Fully recommend this property and would advise to get a car to move aroumd restaurants & various beaches, I had a good time.

We had a wonderful holiday. The villa is lovely and was perfect for a big family. Audrey is a great host who was so helpful throughout but especially with the challenges of the late arrival and checkout. Location is great and facilities were also great and exceeded expectations. A special mention for Wayne (the handyman), he took care of the garden, pool etc and is a bit of a legend👏. We would definitely look to book here again.

Giorgos was a great host. Flexible with our demands and very responsive whenever we had any issues. For example, we had a hot water problem, which he resolved quickly after we informed him. The villa is very beautiful with a 360 view of Heraklion and the surrounding area. It has a great living room space for social gatherings, outside tables for dining and a grill. The kitchen was also well equipped with a large fridge+freezer, dish washer, microwave oven and gas hobs. The gym was well equipped and the swimming pool water was very clean. There was a washing machine with a lot of drying space. Several of the rooms have private bathrooms. The villa was not easily reachable by foot but that is the case for most places on Crete. It had however plenty of parking space and remotely operated gates. We didn't try the jacuzzi so can't comment on that and the piano was locked. Overall our stay was amazing, we're very happy and would recommend Giorgos as a host :)

We had a great time at this wonderful house. Super nice hosts, there was a meal to welcome you and even a delicious cake a few days later. We spent a lot of time by the pool and enjoyed the great views. It's only a few minutes to the sea with great sandy beach, shops and restaurants are also close by. Thank you to all who gave us such a wonderful time.

Lovely clean villa and we all enjoyed the great pool area. Stelios was a great host and greeted us on arrival with a friendly and helpful attitude, he was always very easily contactable throughout our stay. The villa is set in a quiet area and hiring a car to get around is recommended. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the restaurants of the Old Town, which is a lovely family friendly place to go. We had a relaxing stay and would not hesitate to recommend!

We had an amazing 1 week stay at this beautiful place. Also the host was so sweet in helping us. She made sure we found the house during night time and got some food for us for breakfast. Also the place was very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. This place is just magical with the beautiful sunrise every morning. Also the inside of the house and spots outside the house give a very cozy feeling. We would also definitly recommend to hire the chef-kok for a night. It was one of the highlights of our stay because of the amazing food and their kindness to us. Would love to come here again!

A fantastic villa with a wonderful host. Emmanouil was great from booking, with a few questions we had before we arrived, to check in, during our stay and also for checking out. So pleasant and helpful. The Villa was really clean and modern, well furnished and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Eirini was a fantastic host. The Villa had all the amenities and necessities one could ask for. The views were amazing and the outdoor space was wonderful.

We loved the fantastic house! Especially the garden is beautiful with its fruit trees, where the children enjoyed themselves for hours picking and eating mandarins and oranges. The pool is wonderfully large. We didn't know so well in advance if we felt it necessary to heat the pool, so in excellent consultation with Giorgos decided to feel first upon arrival. We were there in the middle of to the end of October and for the kids it was really too cold unheated. Fortunately, Giorgos responded immediately and the heating was turned on the same day! Great! After that, every day enjoyed the pool for hours! The surroundings were fantastic. Wonderfully quiet, but within walking distance of bakery and drugstore, within 20 minutes in downtown Heraklion and in 10 minutes on the beach. The only small downside was the amount of kitchenware. Because we traveled with small children, we regularly cooked ourselves at home and there were few pans, knives, cutting boards, etc. Giorgos thanks!!
