Very nice stay. Location near the port on foot. Take the bus 10 minutes to Knossos . To visit the old city same thing . Close to a market and a friendly and totally Greek restaurant in the direction of the accommodation. The place is so beautiful and clean it looks like no one n It's been before! Thank you for this beautiful stop in Heraklion.

Thank you for the wonderful time in this cute house. We enjoyed the quiet and private atmosphere. We especially liked the many places in the garden and the fantastic view of the sea. Check-in was completely problem-free and our hosts were always available. The kitchen is not that great. Dishes and cutlery were dirty and the dishwasher was broken. The beds are not optimal for tall people. All in all, however, a great airbnb.

Korina's apartment in Kato Gouves is very spacious, bright, well-furnished, complete with all needs and very comfortable. The strength is undoubtedly the beautiful terrace where you can dine and spend unforgettable evenings in total relaxation. The surrounding area is quite quiet, ideal for families, well-stocked with all necessities: shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and many tavernas. Kato Gouves is located on a sandy coast: the beach closest to Korina's apartment is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and the sea is very nice and quite low, it degrades gently and is ideal for young children. On the neighboring beaches there are long shores of wonderful red sand, mostly wild, where you can practice the different water sports. Korina is a very kind and friendly innkeeper, which I recommend: she is always available and responds in a very short time for any need.

This home was so well placed with respect to everything we wanted to do I would have to say it was the best AIRBNB to date that I have ever stayed in.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Manoli’s! The house was stunning, nestled in a beautiful village that made our two-night stay even more special. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was excellent, maintaining great communication. We also loved the nearby restaurant, which was superb and added to the overall experience. We truly had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This place is even better than the pictures (which are already beautiful). My wife and I enjoyed every minute here and couldn’t recommend staying here more!

Having looked at the listing, you should be not surprised to know that this is a beautiful place. Comfortable, with modern amenities, special mention to the sauna and the steam room, nice location that’s close to the city centre but at a less busy neighbourhood, convenient parking, the hosts were very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. There’s just two very small suggestions that I would make. One is the addition of a few more kitchen utensils, so that it’s easy and practical to cook a meal. The second has to do with the projector, whose technology seems to be a bit outdated, making it almost impossible to watch through an iPhone 16 or a MacBook Air. There are some really good projectors currently available out there, at sensible prices, with their own OS, so you don’t even have to connect them to your phone/laptop to have access to streaming services. In any case though, I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Heraklion.

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location! will definitely come again!

The apartment is in a great location, right by the harbour and walking distance to the main sights, great restaurants and a supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. The hop on hop off tour bus leaves from outside the apartment and goes to Knossos which worked well for us. The apartment is just like the photos. We spent a lot of time on the balcony people watching! It's quite noisy when you're out on the balcony but it's fun watching the comings and goings, and when you're inside with the doors shut it's quiet. The beds are very comfortable. Our flight was a bit delayed but Alexandro waited for us. When we arrived near the apartment we couldn't find it but Alexandro came out and took us to the apartment. Great service! We'd definitely recommend staying here!

Athina's place was comfortable, clean, and cozy! It's in a secluded area but also very easy to walk to the ocean, tons of restaurants, and museums. I would highly recommend, Id happily stay again!

What a beautiful and peaceful place this is with a great view surrounded by terasses and a large garden. The house offers everything you need both in- and outside and the location is superb. Great super friendly and very responsive host and his lovely dog named Hamlet. We had a great stay, beyond expectations! Thank you, Giannis!

The location of this place is great for exploring Heraklion as it is right in the city centre. I was here over the weekend and could hear some street noise after going to bed, but once I closed the metal shutters I had no problem sleeping. The noise from the street is quite faint anyways as you are on the 4th floor. The terrace is amazing and in the warmer months would make the apartment feel much bigger. Visiting at the end of November I didn't spend too much time out there, but enjoyed it when I did. One point to note is that the apartment is pretty small, even for one person. It was fine for me but would not recommend to those that are wanting to spend a lot of time inside. Recommend to those who are going out to explore during the day and coming back to just rest in the evenings. It is a convenient central location when in Heraklion with many amenities, like an elevator and washing machine. Free parking is about a 10 min walk away, but fills up fast during the day.

We loved every minute of our stay at the beautiful Honeybee! The house was full of character and it was an absolute joy sitting on the terrace relaxing (with the smell of jasmine in the morning and evening) in between exploring Heraklion and surrounds (which was so easy to do from the house). Mel and Fotini were so warm and welcoming and full of great instructions and advice - making it easy to get around and reaulting in some truly delicious meals. Lovely home away from home - thank you Mel and Fotini!

Super easy to get to from the airport and it was easy to stay. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport. Has a washing machine, which was super nice!

We needed a place overnight to catch an early ferry. This was perfect. An easy walk to the ferries and lots of good restaurants close by. The apartment was exactly as described and immaculate. It was a bit difficult to locate but Yiannis was able to guide us. We would book it again.

Great central location good views

It was a great time to stay here at Urban hive suites! Upon arrival, welcome food and drinks were provided along with the hand-written note. Kinda far walk from the port(around 15mins), but everything is still in walking distance! This suites offers every aspects of conveniences such as laundry machines and inductions for cooking. Highly recommend!

The apartment is perfectly located to explore the island, you are in the center of the island, immediately on the highway (recommendation: before moving in, be sure to practice driving backwards to the mountain!!) and yet the apartment is very quiet and has a great view of the sea. Especially the small balcony directly above the sea appealed to us, even if it might be a little too hot/not shaded in summer. Here you can also quickly make friends with the 4 cats, who occasionally also drive the neighbor dog to whiteness. Those who are afraid of cats should prefer to look for another apartment with these attached specimens, cat lovers will love it. Marianna's mother is a good soul, bringing eggs from the in-house chickens as well as fresh fruit and vegetables. All in all for us the perfect place to combine exploring the island with relaxation.

Giannis was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located in the centre with lots of restaurants nearby. There even is a nice view from the balcony.

This place was great. Me and my wife were taking a short trip to Crete for our honey moon and Kostis recommended us some great places that we loved. He also let us store our luggage so we didn’t have to walk around with it until our flight which we really appreciated. The place was great and clean and we loved the hammock. So close to everything we walked everywhere it was great! He also was a very kind host leaving us some stuff for breakfast which we also really appreciated! Great place would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great little apartment in Iraklion. Susanna is a great host. Only downside is the location which is a bit noisy because of the airport and there aren't tons of things to do around. There are buses to the center that come fairly often.
