Nice apartment. The area is close to some attractions but not in the tourist area. Good for a visit to Heraklion Old Town

The place is really super nice and lovingly decorated, everything necessary and what you spontaneously need was available and the central location with 5min to the city center was also very great. I'd love to come back☺️

The stay was great. the apartment is really only a few minutes from the beach (on foot)! The place (Stalis) itself is very beautiful and has a lot to offer, as does the little kiosk right below the apartment. John is always very friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything!

This is truly one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at over 10 tens of using Airbnb. I stayed here for 5 days. The place is so comfortable with a touch of luxury. It’s well stocked with everything you need from kitchen supplies to toiletries. The outdoor space is so good for eating meals and chilling. The hosts showed me so much warmth and hospitality. Upon checking in, there’s a bottle of rosé already chilling in the fridge. They brought me fruits from their farm and a glass of wine. I can’t wait to come back here another time!

Had a great time here! Vasilis was very accommodating and the place came as expected. Clean, great views of the water, and centrally located to the shops and restaurants in town. Highly recommend!

Amazing apartment, beautiful view. cannot fault the apartment or our host Manos. Communication with Manos was good, we askedfor more pillows and they came the next day. Will book again..

I had an amazing stay. The studio has all the amenities and it is in great condition. I loved the big terrace with a view of the lake, the sea and the mountains. Kate is an extremely kind and friendly person. She was very communicative and promptly responded to all messages. In addition to being very accommodating to additional requests. I felt right at home and would definitely stay there again

Theodora’s apartment is hidden gem in Agios Nikolaos. During our stay we realized, there is no better location for families with small kids. It’s right next to beach bar with great beach, in our opinion best within the city and there is even kids playground right next to it. You have 6-7 great local restaurants within 5mins walk + 2 grocery shops. Location is very quiet. Apartment is very well equipped with all you need for shorter or even longer stay (we stayed 1month). Theodora was very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We can only recommend her and her apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy perfect vacation. Efcharisto Theodora 👍🏻

The is a family house, simple, pleasent and authentic. The natural surroundings are amazing. The silence is incredible. Meni and Andreas, the owners, are very nice people and we felt the love they invested in every detail. Thanks 🙏

House as described, clean, tidy and strategic as a location to be able to get around the area.

Linda is a very helpful, generous and friendly landlady. Communication was always quick and helpful. The apartment is exactly as described and perfectly located for trips to Heraklion, the Lassithi Plateau or the beach. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

The Rustic Nook was the perfect place for us on our last 4 days on Crete. It was close to Agios Nikolaos where we spent several of those days exploring and enjoying the food. We went on a few of the many hiking trails in the area. Limnes itself was charming. A local taverna, Christinis, was a highlight with the friendly staff and great food. Amanda’s place was so comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. Amanda was always quick to respond. We could not have asked for a better place.

May 2025, 10 nights stay for three (2 adults, 1 toddler). Villa is really fantastic. Beautiful views of the sea and the bay. It offers a lot of space for more people (2 couples, 4-6 friends, 2 families) and for longer stays (storage space, cabinets and shelves, etc.). The equipment corresponds to the description and offers, even in the kitchen, everything you can need. Our highlight was the covered terrace. Our flight was moved up at short notice. A significantly earlier check-in was not a problem at all in our case. Stelios is a very friendly, helpful and dedicated host. We recommend him and his villa without restriction. Small limitation: the accommodation is a bit off the beaten track or the region is a bit scattered (mainly due to the geography of the area). Without your own car, it will be a little difficult in our opinion. However, there is a free parking space right by the house.

George and Nicoleta are a lovely and very welcoming family who have made us feel at home and have offered us a thousand details to make us taste typical products of their land made by themselves. The views are spectacular and the house has all the thoughtful touches. They also have board games and toys for kids. Highly recommended!! Thanks for this very personal deal.

We loved the stay in Agios - Maria was very nice & flexible. Supermarket, lake, sea and restaurants surrounding the flat and the apartment is very sweet with everything u need for a couple of days in Agios. Nice balcony, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Very thankful for our time here :)

the place was very nice and Maria was very hospitable. Her mom gave us delicious homemade cookies. The house looked as if someone is still living there. there were personal photos and what seemed like personal items. looked a lot like a "home". We had a lovely time. thank you Maria.

Eleftheria, Gianni's wife, gave us a lovely warm welcome and gave us lots of useful information about the area on the first day. The flat overlooks the marina and so has a wonderful view. Perfect location, well equipped kitchen and would highly recommend. We had a great time in Agios Nikolaos.

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

We had a lovely stay at Sofia and her father Georgios' apartment - we particularly enjoyed the 2 balconies and the great location for the city centre. Good view over similar height buildings all around on three sides (5 floors with small lift). There was a delay replying to messages 2wks before (important as wanted to confirm they knew we were due to arrive late) but once that was sorted Georgios was lovely, meeting and chatting to us even though we arrived at midnight and providing a baby pram and cot. The apartment was as described and well looked after, though some doors were hard to shut, both bedroom black-out blinds bit stuck (so light) and some fittings from the 70s. It would have been good to have some bottled water on arrival (as we didn't want to drink tap water) but lots of condiments, shower gel, washing machine etc provided. A few mosquitos, initially none, after we watered the plants (in Oct) but good aircon in 3 rooms. It was good value and I would book again.

Without a doubt, choosing this accommodation made our stay a success! I was lucky to be in Heraklion for quite a few days and the house was all I needed. The air conditioning and balcony allowed a very pleasant temperature in the house at all times. The kitchen comes with all the essentials, as well as the rooms. The house is very cozy and also in a perfect location to access the center and with several bus stops nearby. However, the best part of this stay was having Liana and her hospitality. She made excellent recommendations, accompanied us throughout the stay and made us feel at home, much more than you could ask for! I can't recommend this place enough, a great stay.

the house matches the listing, indeed in reality it is even more spacious, beautiful outdoor spaces on the front and back, cool in the evening there is no need for air conditioning. the location is convenient to the main road that crosses Crete and Heraklion, but remains out of the chaos of the city in a super quiet location. despite not having met the host it is as if he had been there with us, on our arrival we found to welcome us walnuts and honey, typical sweets, chocolate, jam, fruit, beer, wine, raki and water. really a warm welcome. the house has everything you could need. the thought found on the stairs the last day completed an already beautiful experience. I therefore recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to have a quiet base in Crete.
