Surrounded by lush greenery and misty hills, the property has a charm that instantly makes you feel at home. What truly made the stay exceptional was the cook! The meals were delicious, home-style, and thoughtfully prepared with fresh local ingredients. Every dish—from breakfast to dinner—was a treat. Whether it was a hot cup of chai in the morning or a warm, flavorful dinner after a day of exploring, the food was consistently outstanding and comforting. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I had a wonderful stay at alpinia with my parents, brother and extended family. rupali was super responsive and yogita was constantly in touch throughout the stay. the villa itself is quite exquisite with old antique furniture which you had hardly get to see or use anymore. the local caretakers were responsive and helped us with all our queries. highly recommended if you want a quiet place slightly away from the hustle and bustle and still feel connected.

We stayed at this property for just one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The place offered beautiful views and peaceful, serene surroundings, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Subin was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making everything smooth and comfortable. We've stayed for 3 days and had great experience. we were looking for a secluded peaceful place and this was exactly what we wanted. Shaji os a great host and very good human. He caters to all your requests. even during late hours he will get it done. In-house cook and caretaker - Rajeev is also up to the task all the time and cooks amazing food and serves it with an innocent smile on his face. it felt as if we have visited our good hearted friends or relatives and not some random hosts. thanks Shaji and Rajeev for being such a great hosts.

Villa boasts a beautiful design, tasteful décor with all modern amenities. It has a very spacious bedroom, a large and cozy bed, an open kitchenette, an en suite bathroom with hot water 24*7, spacious wardrobe, ample seating area and a swing right outside the villa to relax. The building's design is thoughtfully executed with great taste and care in all aspects. The breakfast is very appetizing, delicious, and more than enough to eat. The cook on-site prepares incredible lunch and dinner options according to your preference. Simple is an exceptional hostess and truly one of her kind. She is very friendly, helpful, highly interactive, with a sole aim of delighting customers.

A very neatly made place with extraordinary property and beautiful serene views. The place is a little off the main city but has basic amenities nearby. You can have great options of restaurants, stores in 30 mins distance. Amal is very proactive, responsive and super helpful. Cannot think of any negatives
