Home by the River

Situated alongside the Mississippi River, wildlife abounds in every season. With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window! This home has been recently refurbished and sits at the edge of our 15 acres. We have 2 dogs and welcome well-behaved pets. You can see us and visit with us if you like, or you can maintain privacy 10 acres away!

"Tiny House" Cabin at Spring Lake Campground

The excitement of camping with all the comforts! Outdoor grilling area with picnic table, queen size bed in the loft, 2 recliners & TV/dvd on main level, AC/heat, sink, microwave & mini fridge. Kitchen service for 2, basic cooking essentials & bedding. Well kept private port-a-john outside cabin and outdoor shower is close by (no bathroom inside cabin) Bring bikes to ride the “Great River Trail”. Camp store & kayak/canoe rentals (through Oct 1st) on site! No pets No smoking please.

The house is one level with a detached 2 car garage. Accessible through the alleyway behind the house. Alongside is a paved parking space. The home is clean and comfortable with window darkening blinds throughout. Central heating and air conditioning to keep the house comfortable. You'll never run out of hot water because it uses a Richmond hot water system. There are also 4 ceiling fans throughout. And multiple charging docks are provided for your phones, tablets, computers, etc.

This modern cabin is situated next to the 2200 acre Princeton Wildlife Management Area, and the nearby Mississippi River. This cabin could be your base of operations while you're in the area. Are you into hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, boating, or other water, winter, and summer sports? This cabin has it all! Enjoy relaxing on the large deck while enjoying the local wildlife, flora, & fauna of the Mississippi Valley Region. The cabin is remote enough to view the stars at night.

Galena Country Getaway

Brick walkway leads to the cedar deck with Adirondack chairs overlooking the large backyard. Enjoy dinner out on the deck and roast marshmallows over a bonfire at the firepit. The dark sky provides excellent stargazing. Kitchen features full-sized refrigerator, cooking utensils and a variety of spices. Spacious bathroom with a waterfall-style shower. Carpeted loft includes a sleep number queen sized bed and two twin beds. Close to Historic Galena & Apple Canyon State Park

River Lodge at Wide River Winery

The River Lodge at Wide River Winery is a spacious 3 bedroom house with a spectacular view of the Mississippi River. Guests are invited to the winery to sample our award winning wines, and to select a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy. There is a Bluff Trail for hiking and guests can tour the vineyard and winery to see where it all happens. Dog are invited to stay, at an additional fee. Cozy Cabin on the Mississippi River

This cabin is located on the serene backwaters of the Mississippi. It is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway, or ideal spot to rent for fishing tournament‘s or duck hunting. This cabin is situated next to pool 13, and there is plenty of space for multiple vehicles and boats to park. Only half a mile away from the loading dock and close by to an Illinois State Park, our cabin allows Guests to enjoy nature in a relaxed setting.

⚓️ Take a break and unwind at this peaceful riverfront property on the Wapsipinicon River. Spend the day catching catfish, walleye, bluegill, and spend the evening enjoying a peaceful night on the back deck. Or, venture out to enjoy charming local bars and restaurants. This pleasantly located fisherman’s cabin is the perfect reason for a weekend getaway. You may even get a glimpse of Wapsi Willy on the riverbank!
