The living room was fantastic. Very nice apartment, clean and fresh. In a few minutes by scooter or car you can reach beautiful beaches. Very precious Cristina who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, she gave us great advice and really went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go with your eyes closed!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Hi Bronya & Antonello We have tremendously enjoyed our two weeks stay at your clean well-equipped apartment in Villenova Cagliari that was a most comfortable base for our planned exploration of the city and the more local area. You have been a most attentive host providing an accurate welcome pack that we referred to regularly for guidance ( bus 7 is a most interesting circular ride around the old citadel) with the market San Benedetto just 5 Minutes’ walk and cucina eat dining about 10 minutes away or an evening’s stroll up to the Bagni Pubblici di piazza costituzione and back about 90 Minutes. We recommend visitors using the bus service down load the CTM bus finder APP and purchase a 7 day ride card for 12 euros that can be topped up if required and get a hard map of the city as mobile signal strength can be a sporadic in the narrow streets. We used Get your Guide APP booking 3 major tours. Lots more to say but few characters left. Thanks Andy and Mandy. 45 years anniversary x

The apartment is very spacious and beautiful, there were four of us and everyone had their own room. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower. The apartment is in a fairly central area and there is the possibility of parking the car for free nearby. It is equipped with everything (towels, hairdryer, even a beach umbrella). Rita is very helpful and also gave us a lot of useful information for visiting Cagliari. Highly recommended

Massimo is an exceptional Host! We encountered some problems unrelated to Massimo, and he was always available by email or in person on site. He is a warm, welcoming person who has only one obsession: Your comfort Thanks Massimo... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a little gem. Also go see the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

From the very beginning, Mario made us feel like we were coming to visit him. He is perhaps the best host we have ever had. The kitchen and fridge were so well stocked that we were able to spend the first day and have snacks and wine and food and not have to look for anything. If you can find a week open for this property, you should book it. Thank you, Maria for making us stay so pleasant.

A small paradise in the southwest of Sardinia! The view from the large balcony of mountains and sea is breathtaking. In addition, there is everything you need in the large apartment! We will recommend the apartment to all our friends when they travel to Sardinia!

Stefano's house corresponds exactly to the description and is very close (5 minutes walk) to Poetto beach and the bus stop to go to the center of Cagliari, the house is comfortable and convenient, equipped with everything and with a beautiful garden with outdoor table where you can eat, not to mention that Stefano has two wonderful dogs that would stay in a separate area, but we asked to let them free to come also in the apartment area and it was very fun to interact and play with them. I recommend Stefano's house for a beach vacation as it is really close to the beach, where there are kiosks that function as bars and restaurants where it is very nice to eat or have a drink at sunset

We really enjoyed the time in Marco's house. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the ad. Marco's tips were very helpful to us. The fact that Marco then drove us to the airport was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. The apartment was like in the description. We liked that it was well eqiupped with various small stuff, like cooler box for the trips.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

Very good stay with Angelo and his family. The place, in the middle of nature, is peaceful while being close to the axes connecting it to the tourist areas. Angelo is very friendly and has good tips.

Very beautiful house, quiet. The location is conveniently located for exploring the area. The host and the person who takes care of the house are very responsive: we had a problem and it was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Excellent!

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. Nicola and Rita's place was just superb!!! The view is splendid and it is a real pleasure to start and end the day on the terrace because the many walks and visits to the surroundings made us move around a lot during the days spent in Nebida... The 2 bedrooms upstairs are beautiful and you feel and sleep very well there. This is a great base to discover the wild and beautiful Costa Verde while staying close to Algero Airport. We recommend this listing without hesitation!

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

We had a lovely stay here and lucked out with the weather so we made full use of the pool and loungers ! We wanted privacy, peace and seclusion and that's what we got but Mhatias was always on hand to answer any questions and queries answering our messages quickly. A lovely place to stay with the beaches, hills and towns in easy reach by car - this is a must !
