Vacation rentals with a patio in Gonnesa

Tommaso is a very welcoming host and enabled us early check-in, which was really handy. His apartment is central, spacious, beautiful bathroom .. we esp enjoyed the balcony for relaxing in the evenings. We felt very at home. It is a good base for the city and surroundings of Cagliari (we even took bus to Pula and Chia beach). We defo can recommend Tommaso’s apartment. Brigitte & Fergal

We stayed with Federica for two weeks. The apartment is newly renovated, very clean and cozy. It's a great location, very central yet quiet. We felt very comfortable, will be happy to come back. This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

We had a great time at Francesco's place. The apartment is very nice: the beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. Access to the city center is quick. Buses are really close by, it was very convenient for us. The host was very responsive to every exchange. In addition, he was very accommodating for check-in and check-out. I would recommend it in a second.

We were warmly welcomed by Morena, the daughter of the hosts. She had prepared a little something for us in the form of something sweet, olive oil and schnapps and even filled the fridge. She also gave us numerous great recommendations for beaches, excursions and restaurants – all were really outstanding. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the surroundings very quiet. Due to the central location of the accommodation, we were easily able to take various excursions, and the nearby beaches are among the most beautiful I have ever visited. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea. We didn't miss anything and we felt right at home. The apartment was spacious and I would book it again at any time! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Great location set in a beautiful, well maintained garden with Pool (which is still closed at the moment before the season). 10min drive to Iglesias city centre and supermarkets, 25min to Nebida. Be sure to visit the impressive Grotte di S. Giovanni, 10min from the accommodation! We loved the archways around the house, which have some nice shade in the warm days.

Beautiful garden we could sit in forever! The house was also great, with ample private parking. Angelo was very kind and a great host. We would gladly come again!

We had a very nice stay at Valentina's. The place is very nice and lovingly designed, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden is a dream. The surrounding area (there are only a few houses), is a bit secluded and very quiet. You have to go there, we liked it very much.

We stayed in the house for 5 nights with two children and a dog and felt very comfortable. Despite the wind and weather, the terrace is a good place to eat and linger. We had our bikes with us and were able to explore the surrounding beaches well. Also worth mentioning are the comfortable beds and the beautiful bathroom. Overall, a very good mix of old and new!

Perfect stay! Chiara and Livio were impeccable hosts: very kind, always available and with very quick responses. The house is really nice, very comfortable and, to my great surprise, much bigger and more spacious than it looked in the photos (it's usually the opposite!). Very clean, cared for in every detail and complete with everything you need to feel right at home. An excellent experience in every aspect. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant holiday, the accommodation is very well located, in a small village with all amenities (restaurants, cafe, bakery, supermarkets, ice cream shop, ...) and a pretty beach nearby. Andrea is an available and friendly host. Thanks!

It’s a cute little private house surrounded by greenery and a lot of outdoor space. It’s 10 min drive away from the airport and 20 min drive away from Cagliari. We had a great stay! Paolo is a great host!

I was able to stay at Carla's apartment twice during a 6 week work trip. This place is perfect for a work trip! I was especially struck by how good the internet set up is here for working from home after a week trip out of town with very poor internet access. If you're coming to Cagliari for work or will need to work, this is a great space for that. In addition, the space is also very modern and has all that you would need for cooking and dining at home. The location is at the edge of a private residential area but within 1-2 minutes you're on the main shopping street with plenty to do! There is also the terrace, which is lovely. Carla is also very sweet, responsive, and communicative. She kept me updated about things in the apartment and always asked if/when she could stop by if there was an issue.

Spacious, very clean apartment, a short walk from downtown and exactly as you can see in the photos. Quite stocked kitchen, maybe some pans are missing and I would suggest leaving condiments (oil and spices) Equipped with many towels, including the beach. I would recommend the bunk bed more for two children than adults, especially because there is little space to put your feet when you go down the ladders. We were welcomed by Mrs. Maria, very kind and super helpful. Stefania, although far away during our stay, was also always present and timely in her messages. Due to the very hot week, we suffered without air conditioning, but it is scheduled to install it for next year and that will be a great plus. In summary: highly recommended.

The stay was very pleasant, Corrado is a host available and attentive to the needs of his tenants. He provided us with clear directions on the best places to visit and the most significant attractions nearby. The house is beautiful, equipped with all the necessary amenities and large outdoor spaces; the price is absolutely worth the accommodation offered, if we return to the area we will definitely think of Corrado!

Great, spacious and above all modern AirBnB that we would recommend at any time. The place is really stocked with everything you might need. Silvia is also easily accessible and responded to some of our requests. Regarding the location, you probably need a car - but then Cagliari, many beaches or hiking trails can be reached quickly. So you live quite quietly and at the same time can quickly reach many attractions. We loved it!

Lovely,clean apartment for a short stay and exploring the city. Located in the very center in a historic building with a large terrace overlooking the port. I definitely recommend staying in Cagliari.
