Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

Amazing view of mountains and undeveloped coastal hills. This quiet studio situated in natural setting, was once the master suite for the original house. It is separated from the house by a breezeway with looked doors at both ends. Unit has private parking and entrance. Floor to ceiling window take advantage of the view, but design of the structure and the landscaping maintain your privacy. Unit has separate kitchen, bathtub, shower, washer and dryer.

The Bradford

Have fun with the whole family and your furry friends at this stylish pet friendly place. Located 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara. The Bradford comfortably sleeps 8. The backyard is made for entertainment as well as games. The full kitchen is stocked with all you need for family dinner or just a romantic dinner for two. Games such as cornhole and life size Jenga are provided. Free laundry available to guests.
