One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Very comfortable. Great living space. Comfortable bed. Nice linens and towels. Kureig with coffee, including decaf!! A small basket of snacks. They had it stocked with everything I needed. Decorated very nicely. Super quiet neighborhood.

Such a relaxing, peaceful and beautiful place to stay. We had a lovely breakfast on the patio followed with enjoying the swings, zip line and hammocks out on the grassy area.

A nice small cottage. We only used one bedroom. Walking distance from restaurants. Quiet on weekend. There is construction going on next door during the week. Overall good experience. If you like to cook the kitchen is the best part of the house!

Perfect house for us as we attended our daughters wedding in Santa Barbara. We needed 3 bedrooms as we had Grandparents, parents and younger daughter and her husband. Absolutely loved the location, 2 blocks from the beach. Perfect for early morning walks on the beach with my dog. We will definitely return to Santa Barbara.

This home felt like such an oasis. Our family stayed here while visiting Channel Islands National Park and it was the perfect choice. The details were thoughtful and house well stocked in every way. Our toddler loved the yard and especially the koi pond!

Matt and Linda were excellent hosts, and the space we rented was exactly as advertised. The house had plenty of room and all of the amenities listed, not to mention how much the yard felt like a private oasis perfectly adorned to take advantage of southern California weather. The hosts were welcoming and kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

It truly felt like our home. The perfect size for a couple, we enjoyed the instant peaceful feel when you open the door. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed, the bathroom was beautifully appointed and plenty of natural light, and the living space and patio felt like you were in your own world. You couldn't hear outside noise at all. We will definitely be making this our home whenever we come back to Santa Barbara. Just park your car, unpack and relax.

We had a great stay at Chapala Gardens. It’s an amazing location 2 blocks to the beach and easy access to tons of great restaurant. Sandy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

The apartment looked just like the photos. The place was incredibly spotless and matched the description perfectly. The bedrooms were huge and space was perfect for us. The hosts were very responsive and even provided a bottle of wine for us to enjoy during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautifully tucked between State Street and the beach, this place is worth the stay. We came with our one-year-old and had enough space to maneuver. Easy access to anything you’d want to do in SB. Cathy and team are responsive and easy to work with. They helped us check in a bit earlier than check-in to help us with our little man. Enjoy your trip!

What a gem! Leah really takes care of the unit and it shows. From the cleanliness, to the comfort of the towels and bed, this place was a treat.

5++ stars!! This place was absolutely amazing and our family (2A, 2K- 10, 7) enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again next time we’re visiting relatives. All amenities were thoughtfully included to make our stay comfortable, right down to the beach tar wipes (which we needed!) and the delightful Wes Anderson coffee table book that we enjoyed reading. Location - Moments to the freeway, and the rest is all walkable- three blocks to the beach, short walk to the pier and On The Alley for a delicious bite and eight minutes to State and the Funk Zone. Grocery store and a pub are conveniently around the corner. House - As others have mentioned, the sound does carry from the other units, but wasn’t a huge issue for us. We found the beds to be a bit soft and a clothes drying rack would be useful, but otherwise no complaints. Property is spotlessly clean, includes a good quality beach set, extra towels/linens, full sized laundry, parking and lovely outdoor patio/bbq area.

This was my second stay at Jane's place and I enjoyed it even more than the first time. It is conveniently located, just a few blocks from East beach, grocery chopping and restaurants. The place is clean, well furnished with everything I needed in the kitchen to make dinner for friends while I was there. And Jane was proactive, providing me early access and very accommodating allowing me to leave an hour later than planned. I will stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

Location on the Mesa was perfect! Walking distance to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Very quiet, comfortable beds and the hot tub and private back yard were a bonus. Thank you, we would definitely return if we are in SB again!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!
