Vacation rentals with a patio in Gold Coast

The room matched the photos. The only downfall was the portable AC unit that was working very hard to keep the room cool at night but overall the stay was perfect. 1 block or so away from the beach was perfect! Plenty of restaurants, CVS & a Walgreens within walking distance. Zero complaints.

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

I would definitely consider Sergio's place again. The mini-fridge with a cooler really came in handy. He even had a tray of ice that we used to keep our drinks cool at the beach. The area is so convenient, with so much to do. He even suggested couple places, that was nice of him. Thank you Sergio! One thing I do agree with the other comments on is the bed and pillows; they were definitely not the softest. Even so, for the price, location, and privacy, I would consider staying here again.

My stay here was great. The host was amazing and communicated in a timely manner. The location is also close to tons of restaurants that are walking distance. The check-in process was also very smooth. The host was very active and friendly and offered recommendations around the area. Overall, I would book again as I had a great experience!

Everything was excellent. Very attentive and everything in the apartment was in order. A great place to spend a few days. Everything was very clean and tidy.

The place exceeded my expectations by far. Everything was very clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood is super quiet as well as the house. I was able to work without any interruptions, and the internet speed was perfect for my calls. Sal was always easy to reach and responsive. Our communication was smooth the whole time. I had the chance to shake his hand, but in this opportunity I want to congratulate him on the impeccable service. Highly recommended, and I would choose it again. Thank you for everything Sal!

Very cute and clean place! I did not realize it was a shared space, almost like a guest house type deal. Although I do not typically prefer this set up for a stay, it was perfect for what my husband and I needed for the weekend. Great location as well! Good communication with the host.

This is exactly as described ,in pristine condition. The location was terrific ,there is a super great bakery,the Majestic within walking distance. There were many great places to eat ,Graziano s is terrific for empananos and Italian food. as well as Books and Books for sandwiches.....Miracle mile offers many places to shop,eat and explore. The Casita was very private and quiet. We would stay again .

Staying at this home in Miami was hands down the best decision we made. The house is spotless, spacious, super comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, and that made all the difference in our stay. Now, let’s talk about Glen – what an amazing host! From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and always available for anything we needed. She truly cares about her guests, and you can feel it in every interaction. Glen went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us – and it truly was! We 100% recommend this place. There’s no better option in Miami! For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

We stayed in Miami for three nights and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location was perfect for us, and everything matched the description. The hosts were very helpful, and communication was seamless. We can wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic apartment.

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!
