This place is insanely awesome. My wife and I visited and were blown away. The alpacas are literally at your front door! There’s plenty of stuff to do around the farm or nearby. Kim was a great host and we’ll definitely be back! 11/10 would highly recommend!

Beautiful home, right on the river walking path. Stunning red rocks view across the river. The house has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Friendly and responsive host. I’ll be back!

Great location! Perfect for a couple. Minutes to glenwood caverns and the hot springs.

Annette’s place was fantastic! Her instructions were clear for check-in and she was very responsive to all of our questions. Her place was so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the views from the backyard! I would go for runs in the morning around the neighborhood and loved how beautiful the surroundings were. Thank you again for a great stay!
