Andrea's place is beautiful put together with a high standard. The bed was super comfortable, sheets and towels excellent standard. Andrea makes the apartment extra special with all the extras. Convenient to grocery, shopping, and restaurants.

It was a quaint and lovely little place. The heat works well but make sure if you get chilly easy, bring socks because it’s got beautiful hardwood floor and tile. It’s cosy for two friends or a couple but maybe not for a big group. The two bedrooms are separated by a door so soundproofing may be an issue if privacy is your priority. All in all, a gorgeous little place in a fabulous neighbourhood

Lovely home and very spacious and comfortable. It even had a pack n play for our baby. The location offers easy access to many restaurants and lots to do.

James was an excellent and attentive host. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this listing.

It was easy to check in and everything was clean and as-expected. Garrett and Hannah were easy to reach when we had a small issue at the house. The location was great with lots of cafes and shops nearby. We'd stay here again!

Lauren and Cat’s home in the Fan is a beautifully updated historic house with many lovely details. We slept well and especially enjoyed the huge open kitchen, playing scrabble in the morning over many cups of coffee. Lauren was quick to respond to messages and also has created a very thorough guide to Richmond restaurants in the house manual (Grisette, wow). We look forward to staying with you again when it’s warmer and we can use the backyard firepit!

The total experience at Anna's home was outstanding. Checkin and check out were easy. The place was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable. Fantastic location. Anna was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Our best endorsement is this: We have booked another stay there in December.

Chelsea’s place was great! It was the perfect amount of space for three couples. Everything was clean and tidy. There are some great spots to check out on the block, too.

Mary Kristina was a fabulous host. She had great recommendations and was very accommodating. The bungalow is super cute and well maintained. I felt comfortable and had plenty of space to relax. Everything was clean and the neighborhood is quiet with a few great restaurants within walking. Overall a great stay!

JT and Katherine were great hosts, easy communication and really above and beyond! The neighborhood is great, tons of great local restaraunts and super walkable to Maymont, museums and more!

Excellent location in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy street parking and short driving distance to downtown Richmond with lots of great restaurant selections. Also walkable to few great places to check out (like the Franklin Inn bar and restaurant). It is a basement apartment so it can be loud when there are residents upstairs both walking around and hearing voices. Maybe some rugs could dampen the noise as it felt like the most active area of the upstairs residence was right over the bed (they do provide ear plugs). Other than that the apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were generous (coffee, snacks, water, shampoo, conditioner, etc.)

I'd highly recommend Chandra's place if you plan to visit Richmond. Lovely, spacious space with very cool art. Primo location with convenient street parking that is walkable to many great restaurants, shops, and venues. She's a great host and we had enjoyed our stay very much.

My coworker and I loved staying here! this is my second time staying with RVA Home Stays and it's been a great place each time! I definitely will be staying here and with them again when I'm in town for work next!

My new favorite stay in Richmond. Shana’s place was absolutely beautiful and extremely well decorated and furnished. Location is good, right around cafes and a short 10 min drive from some of the more premiere restaurants. I will say it does get noisy there because of it being on top of a banquet hall and on a Main Street but the host does make that well aware prior to your stay. The noise didn’t bother me at all but I know most people are sensitive to city noise and loud music but if you can look past that, it’s an incredible stay. Will definitely be booking here often for the foreseeable future.

We went to Richmond for a soccer tournament weekend. The condo was great!! Just as described! It is an older complex, but Edna is doing a great job updating the condo. The best were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the easy aces to the park and walking path!!

Such a great location! Place was comfortable and had plenty of room. Loved the projection TV for football. Eugene is always a great host!

The location is great - central location downtown. Lots to do around: close to many restaurants and bars. Walking distance to James river. The space is exactly how it's shown - the amenities are nice and the space is clean. If you are a light sleeper, note that you can hear the train in the AM and the nightlife goers at night. Recommend if you're looking for space that's in the middle of everything.
