Our stay was excellent and the property was as advertised.

The house was actually bigger than the photos made it seem. We comfortably fit 10 adults. The location is also perfect if you plan to go to Dbacks games. Its a nice short walk to the game.

Great host and great home and community, very peaceful community and beautiful surroundings, I would move into this home if I could lol the host was nice and should great hospitality, the home was very clean and organized and had snacks and drinks for the guests, overall great place to stay if you are visiting AZ for any reason…. I will definitely be back

We would absolutely go back to this place, especially this being our first experience in Arizona!! The pool is so relaxing and enjoyable! I loved that the door to the backyard had a handle on the top of the door so I felt comfortable having kids at this place! We felt right at home! Brian was easy to communicate with and responded in a very timely manner!

Katie’s home was beautiful and very welcoming. There was a beautiful backyard area with mini golf, a pool, and just overall a great spot to enjoy the fresh air and relax. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Katie was also very good are checking in to make sure we were okay, and also very good with instructions/responses to questions we had during our stay. Will definitely be returning when I’m in the area!

Perfect place to relax and unwind. Anthony made sure we arrived and got into the house without any problems. He was very helpful when we had questions. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. we would definitely stay here again!

The location was great and the area was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and the house felt cozy.

This was a great stay for us. We were down for a work retreat and there was plenty of space inside and out for our entire team to work and meet. The kitchen was well stocked for a group and the whole place was clean. The backyard was a great spot with a lot of room to relax or move around. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would absolutely rent this home again.

This was the perfect stay for my girls trip/birthday trip. Not only is this home spacious, but it’s beautiful inside. The flamingo interior makes you feel like you’re on an episode of Love Island 😂😂 My friends and I LOVED the decor. The pool outside is a pluss. There are so many photo ops in here too. The attention to detail with the flamingo theme was top tier. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I was about 20-30 min away from most of my destinations. A rental is definitely recommended. Nate answered back fast when I had a question. 5 starssss ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house was just as described and was very clean and spacious for our family. Rebecca timely responded to all of my questions, and I did ask a lot of them!! She also was accommodating when we needed an extra half hour to check out. The mattress in the blue room was the best we’ve ever slept on! I highly recommend this house.

This facility and accommodations are above and beyond what we had expected if we ever get back into her neck of the woods we will plan our vacations around the available dates of her accommodations it was spectacular she is a wonderful host I can’t thank her enough forOutstanding accommodations for making this a spectacular vacation

We stayed with our 3 little daughters and it was perfect. The pool and game room were a huge hit. The pool was heated to the perfect temp which was an added bonus for morning swims on cooler April mornings! Kendalyn was a great host and made sure we had what we needed and more! She was great at communicating and very responsive. We’d love to stay again when we are back in town!

Clean home! I love it here! Very responsive! Not having a washer/dryer seemed bad at first but the laundromat is close by within a 5 minute drive. Everything in here was wonderful. We comfortably slept 9 you can sleep more with the air mattresses they had available. 9.5/10 stay

We had an amazing family vacation. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The heated pool was lovely and the backyard was a beautiful setting for a catered mobile hibachi dinner as the sun went down. The young adults loved the game room. Hosts were very helpful, friendly and responsive. Thank you Kelli and Chelsea, we can't wait to come back!!!

Rubel is an amazing host, easy to talk to and quick to respond. The house is well equipped and extremely comfortable. The quiet backyard is a great place to wake up in the morning while watching ducks, geese, fish and turtles in the pond. The location is perfect, close to eating and shopping. My family and I had a great time and highly recommend this home.

Wonderful home, spacious and inviting. We felt right at home.
