Monthly Rentals in Georgetown

We enjoyed our week here spending time with family and enjoying all the local amenities. The house was very clean and spacious. Holly was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Our favorite part was the location of this house. It was in the heart of downtown and easy to walk to get breakfast in the morning or get a nice sweet treat at night. We will definitely have to stay here again in the future and recommend this place to anyone considering staying in Georgetown!

Lovely apartment that was great to live in for over a month. The desk and reliable WiFi made it easy to work and the electric fireplace under the tv made it cozy at night. Would love to book again in the future.

Wonderful Stay in Georgetown! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing holiday stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were super responsive and incredibly helpful, making our visit smooth and enjoyable. The apartment was super cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for our family—we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Georgetown itself has so much to offer! We loved being just a short drive from Loveland Ski Area, making it perfect for a winter getaway. The town is charming with plenty to do, and the local restaurants were fantastic. We especially loved the Pho—highly recommended! Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay here again. If you’re considering a trip to Georgetown, this Airbnb is a wonderful choice!
