Cozy private room in the lower level. Guests have access to the shared downstairs family room with TV. Bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge and a coffee maker, and a microwave. By car, downtown Geneva is 4 minutes, Arcada Theater 6 minutes. Our space is ideal for short stays and visitors on the go who just need a place to rest at night. Due to Covid we have more days blocked more days off. We took several walks on the Fox River trail and were enchanted. Admittedly, we also needed the walks since we visited Buttermilk twice (MUST go for breakfast/brunch when you visit). Geneva is a lovely town & Sandy's home just added to the charm. Highly recommend. So much better than a hotel.”
The Snug is a lovely peaceful private room with private patio and en-suite bathroom. Located in walking distance from downtown Geneva. The decor is modern and inviting. King size bed, sofa, flat screen tv with WiFi, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and Fridge. Water and milk provided along with a variety of teas and coffee. Bread, butter and preserves for toast also provided. In the bathroom you’ll find a very fun Bluetooth shower, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

I am not always a fan of the QT java on the road-LOL, but "The Snug" was so lovely, and we felt quite at home. All the little extras were nice; It was so welcoming to come in and find everything right down to the plates and silverware! Also, we loved the British Decor-according to my DNA; it is my heritage! You have definitely put your heart and soul into being a host! P.S. Also, thank you for making sure the room temperature was comfortable! We really appreciated everything-You are a great host!
