Vacation rentals with a patio in Gavirate

Convenient! Just a short tram ride away to the center of town. Super cute outdoor space. Too bad we didn’t get to stay longer to enjoy. Great host!

The apartment is nice and clean and Federico himself is a great host. I recomend it.

The apartment was spotless had great facilities, including hydro bath, fully fitted kitchen, comfortable beds, separate laundry room and a good sized open plan living area. The area is quiet but within walking distance to Lesa Train station and local bus stop. There is a small Supermarket around 15mins walk away where you can get most things you need and there are larger supermarkets in Arona and Stresa which are only 10 to 15mins away by train. The kitchen has good cooking facilities including Toaster, Coffee Machine, Kettle and built in Oven and Hob. There is a large American style double fridge freezer and most of the utensils and cutlery you will need. Lesa itself is quiet but from Stresa and Arona you can catch Ferries to the Borromean Islands and to all major places on the Lake. Trains and buses can be late or cancelled so don't depend on them. There is a direct bus to/from Malpensa Airport from the bus stop in Lesa at a cost of 14 Euro p/p I recommend this rather than Trains

We stayed 7 nights in the apartment. The location is very good (to go to downtown as much as and fast is tram 2 or metro 3). Also very close to the Milano Bovisa train station to go to Pavia, Malpensa or Como. The area is quiet, with cafes and restaurants nearby. Also large supermarkets like Pennys or Tigros less than a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need to comfortably enjoy your stay. Kitchen with all the utensils, the hot water goes great and has a very large balcony. We sincerely recommend it. We went with a baby and everything went great. We will certainly repeat.

We had a wonderful time at Maria Luisa's place. The apartment had everything we needed, and the setting was absolutely stunning. The open kitchen was perfect for rustling up a quick dinner while staying part of the conversation. Although the view was hidden by fog at first, it cleared to reveal the full beauty of Lago Maggiore - an unforgettable sight! Maria Luisa was very helpful and responsive, making our family break even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great stay!

Marco provided us with a place related to his descriptions, clean, well maintained, and equipped for a holiday apartment. Clear directions to access it, quiet area, easy walking distance to amenities. Price complies with what is provided. As far as we are concerned, consider a return.

Natalia's place was excellent for our stay in Lugano. Great location and very good value for money. Will definitely stay again when travelling to Lugano.

Federico was super responsive and helpful and booked us a boat and great restaurant recommendations. The location of the air bnb was great and we had an amazing stay.

Marco was always available and we had a very nice time in an even more beautiful area! We were very warmly welcomed by Patrizia, the angel on site, and our kids had a lot of fun with their super cute dog Lilly! The neighborhood was also open-minded and provided us with fresh fruit and vegetables. We say thank you for this lovely vacation!!!! Absolutely recommend!

Plenty of space: spacious garden, spacious rooms, living space and dining space. Kitchen small but ok. Everything available: a BBQ with charcoal, a washing machine with laundry product, dish soap, scouring pads, towels,... takeaway pizzeria around the corner. We did trips by car, owv too hot and no solid footpath to go to the center, but parking in the center is not expensive. And thank good air conditioning because it was hot :). Also many nice restaurants and nice plunging places nearby.

Georgia’s place is a very nice place. The studio has a very beautiful panorama and it was very clean. Georgia is very nice and responsive. She also gave us some recommendations regarding places to eat and they were great. I totally recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy place that has very beautiful surroundings.

Large functional house with a beautiful garden in a very quiet environment. 5 minutes by car from the center of Porto Ceresio and about twenty by foot. Danilo is very responsive.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

Anita’s place is a charming, well-renovated apartment in a 200-year old building that is part of a quaint well-maintained neighborhood. All amenities as advertised. Esp nice to have a washer and dryer available. We had initially planned to rent a car for this portion of our trip and decided instead to travel via public transportation on a Swiss Travel Pass. This worked extremely well for the most part, even from Anita’s place in Barbengo, except when we were traveling with our luggage (arrival/departure). The bus stop is a 10 minute walk, and it is a nice little hike, but it is a path and steps through woods - fine for catching the bus but not amenable to carrying luggage. There are other hiking opportunities and beautiful views as well, directly from her place. Thanks, Anita, for a lovely stay!

The place look like the picture and so spacious . The view is everything and the living room was amazing and cosy .. everything were there kitchen is complete and the bathroom stuff . The bed was little bit not comfortable but everything thing else was perfect .. we had a wonderful stay .. thanks to Annamaria ❤️

This is a wonderful apartment and to be honest it looks better in real life than in pictures. The space is perfect to spend time in and if that’s what you are looking in Como for then it’s a great option. The host friendly and cooperative and honest in the deal. Also looking for any support for the residents.

The apartment was perfect for us and we loved the private rooftop terrace! Pool was nice and warm for our 1 year old to swim in it. Thank you Francesca for a great stay!

We met Andrea and his lovely wife during our check in and departure. They were very accommodating as we booked an hour before arrival! We were given excellent recommendations for local restaurants and the food was delicious! The city center of Stresa is a beautiful town…we happened to be there for the Stresa FireDept Fair!

Fiona was a great and very responsive host. She provided us so much information on things to do and where to eat etc. which was great. Great place to stay, easy to access everything. Apartment is lovely and one of the best apartments we have stayed in through Air B&B. Fiona left us the ‘essentials’ in the apartment as well as a few extras which was such a nice touch. We would love to re-visit and will recommend to friends and family!

Amazing! This is what all Airbnbs should be like. The automatized access made everything very easy. The apartment was very cleaned and comfortable. The terrace was a huge bonus. We wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely come back.
