The flat is perfectly located, if you need some fresh air! The view from the living room, and the close distance to the forest was the best! Would go there again in future.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. It’s incredibly cozy, atmospheric, and spotlessly clean. The beautiful garden is perfect for enjoying a peaceful moment outdoors. The entire area is very quiet and serene, ideal for truly relaxing and unwinding. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and charming getaway.

The apartment is super beautiful and is located in a great environment. There are many excursion destinations, from the apartment you can start beautiful hikes. From the balcony, you have beautiful views directly of the Karawanken. All in all perfect, we will be happy to come back. 😊

This is a completely private accommodation with a separate entrance and courtyard, but with almost all the amenities of a hotel. Manfred is very helpful and polite. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

We stayed in this awesome house for 1 week! The location is really fantastic! The view phenomenal and the tranquility, WONDERFUL! The apartment is at 1,200 meters altitude and you overlook the mountains, the valley and the ski slope across the street. The house is very spacious and equipped with every comfort! The super large terrace invites you to be outside and enjoy the view! Astrid, super thank you for hosting your fantastic home to us, it was great! We have fallen in love with your home! It's a beautiful, secluded place. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's the perfect place to stay and enjoy the quiet surroundings if you have a car. We didn't have a chance to meet Tanja personally, but her daughter, Franziska, is the sweetest host. She is accommodating and knowledgeable and has excellent recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The apartment itself was spotless, with a great bathroom, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful view of the swimming pool, which, unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy. If we are back in Klagenfurt, this would be our choice. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience!

🇭🇺 The apartment is located on the outskirts of Klagenfurt, relatively close to the lake. You can walk to the lake in 15-20 minutes. Downtown is 5-10 minutes by car, downtown paid parking can be avoided with blue zone - 3 hours free - with parking spaces. Worth that few minutes walk :) The botanical garden offers more attractions in the summer, the downtown is cozy, you can walk in a few hours. Our favorite was the lakefront, where we came back several times. The viewpoint for a half-hour drive offers a wonderful panorama. The place was a 10/10. Gerda was very helpful, the apartment had everything we needed for a few days. 🇬🇧The apartment was in the suburb of Klagenfurt. From the apartment the lake was 15-20 min walk. The city center was 5-10 min by car. We loved to take walks to the lake. By car there is a lookout around 30 min. The apartment was 10/10. Gerda was very kind and helpful. The apartment has everything that you need in a cupple of days. I do recomend to stay here if you visit the

Absolutely sensational location right on the water of lake bled. A little hut with everything you need. Smooth check in process and clean. Only minor issue was we found the heating too warm and couldn’t really change the setting. Keep in mind the bed is upstairs and hot air rises! Overall a pleasant experience in an awesome location!
