A large screened lake side porch is a great place for outdoor dining or to simply enjoy the nature. Guests have access to 2 kayaks and a canoe.

You'll love the access to walk downtown, its just a short 10 min walk. Stadium is a 10 minute drive or 25 ish minute walk.] Bedroom can sleep 2 in the bed its a full. Couch in the living room for a third. If you want to bring more guests thats totally okay. I just ask for $20 per extra guest if its over 3 guests. Bring an air mattress. Equine Friendly - Studio Apartment & 6 Stall Barn

The Upper Barn at Wood B is an equine friendly vacation rental with six stalls and a studio apartment that will sleep six. It is the perfect place to stay while vacationing with your horse. Stalls have floor mats, automatic waterers and fans. You will also have access to a wash rack and two turn out paddocks. There is an additional charge of $35/night for each horse. We can also provide bedding for an additional charge.
