Beautiful historic building that’s walking distance to bars, restaurants, weddings venues, music, parks with many activities. Walking/biking distance from the Jane Adam’s trail, we have 2 bikes available for you to use. Dog park is 10 minute’s away Well stocked apartment, kitchen has utensils, pots and pans, microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, refrigerator and stove. Smart TV and internet. Is a great setup for longer term guests. Ground level, free parking in a private lot at the back door.

Excited to offer this space to travelers! We have fun with some color. Queen bed in the first bedroom, XL twin beds in the back bedroom. Great location! Close to stylish, revitalized downtown Rockford with terrific restaurants, night life, shops, and galleries. Upper unit in vintage 4 family with long term tenants below and I live in the other upper. Absolutely no parties. Only registered guests. No smoking inside or outside on the property. Violation results in $500 cleaning fee/poor review

Newly remodeled in 2021, and reminiscent of the 1859 character of the building, this space is cute, cozy, and truly one of a kind. Literally a couple steps away from your entryway is Sunrise Donut Cafe, featuring customized donuts and a full menu of excellent coffee items. From there, explore the rest of the Square for food, drinks, and shopping in a quaint Main Street atmosphere.

An old barn/machine shed transformed into a great little rustic retreat (which we affectionately call "Westhaven")! A great secluded place to get away from the day-to-day grind. Hiking trails on the premises and possible kayaks. About 5 miles from civilization (town). Come unwind! FRIENDLY DOGS WELCOME (we speak fluent WOOF! :-) ) (Please NO cats!) This is not just a place to stay, but an experience to remember.
