Monthly Rentals in Freedom

Great stay at the Anthracite! I was the first guest of the season, and I really enjoyed the tranquility of the location and the layout of the house was perfect for me and my dog - I will certainly be back in the future!

This cabin was even better in person than in the photos. We had a couple of issues upon arrival, due to the weather, but we were able to sort them out with the host (Ben) over the phone. The cabin was remarkably clean, warm, and had all of the amenities we needed. Our dog enjoyed walking around the property in the snow, and we enjoyed a cozy weekend together. I highly recommend getting breakfast at Ralph’s cafe in Brooks- one of the biggest highlights of the trip.

Very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay! Very responsive and helpful hosts with any questions we had!

Our family had a lovely time at the Freedom cabin. We enjoyed the very relaxing environment. Everything you can think of our host had available, washer and dryer, very accommodating. We purchased local maple syrup and visited the pack rat thrift store, owner Nancy was very friendly. We all love Maine so much, have been visiting for over 2 decades.
