The house is sheltered and peaceful, with no disturbing traffic noise. Take advantage of the superbly prepared garden with stone benches and garden table and your own barbecue. The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Only 20 minutes to Sarpsborg city centre, 20 minutes to the Old Town of Fredrikstad and 25 minutes to Strømstad. The cabin has an electric car charger for an addition to the price. A stone's throw from the cabin is the beach, jetty and great hiking opportunities. The cabin has a consistently good standard.
