Vacation rentals with a patio in France

Great spot in the 11th arr. Plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store 1 minute away. Plenty of different shops as well, including boulangeries, fromageries, wine shops, and more. Also very close to a metro stop so we had good access to all of Paris. Lou’s home was definitely a home and not just a place to stay. We wanted to make sure to treat it with respect as it made us feel at home 4,000 miles away from our home.

Easy check-in thanks to a key box and a quiet apartment, very comfortable and nicely decorated. There is nothing missing, everything is designed to make you feel at home and small touches awaited us when we arrived. We did not meet Pascale and Xavier but the exchanges were easy and very pleasant. Thank you for everything and we'll be back with pleasure 😄

Great place to stay near metro stops and many nearby restaurants and a grocery store. Nasrin was very responsive to questions and made check in easy.

We traveled to Paris with our 8 month old and Faustine's place was perfect for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with all of the amenities we needed. A short walk to the metro. Faustine was very responsive with any suggestions and accommodating, we will definitely look her up when we come back to the city.

The apartment is within walking distance of everything, very central. I feel as comfortable as my own home. Everything is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully furnished. Since my daughter lives in Dijon, I rent this apartment 2 times a year. Highly recommend to anyone.

Very well located house where absolutely nothing was missing! Excellent clean, kitchen perfectly equipped, fluffy towels and very comfortable beds. Above all, the beautiful, extremely tasteful furnishings should be emphasized - in reality even more beautiful than in the photos! Communication with Virginie was also very friendly, fast and completely hassle-free. We had a great week in Provins and the surrounding area, overall a 100% recommendation!

Coming for a wedding, we spent little time in the house (2 nights), however we could see that it is comfortable (including bedding), impeccably clean and well equipped. The three bathrooms are a real plus as well as the garden and veranda. Sarah is a very friendly and responsive host. Our short stay was very nice.

We had a lovely stay at Claire's place. The parking space at the foot of the accommodation, right outside the door, is really a plus. Great location for visiting the island. We would recommend this listing.

Beautiful three story townhome in a quiet neighborhood

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

Wiktoria was a very friendly hostess and informed us well. The apartment was very nicely decorated, in Boho style. It had everything you needed. From a capsule machine to washing machine tabs, beach towels, diving goggles to a cozy lounge. The only downside was that you had to take the car as soon as you left the complex. And unfortunately, restaurants, shops and the large pool were already closed at the end of September. Thank you for the nice stay!

We had a very nice week in a clean and very well-equipped apartment. A big plus for the shaded terrace and the delicious figs! The accommodation is very well located, close to beaches, shops and the port. Everything is in walking distance. What a pleasure! A big thank you to Benoît and his beautiful family (not to mention his beautiful dog who made us fall in love) for this beautiful week. I would highly recommend it!

very bright and very well-equipped coquettish apartment. located near a large shopping center (intermarket) of the SNCF train station and an international stop for the Blablacar and Flexibus buses that allow you to arrive from France and go to Spain. Cristina is a very warm host who cares about our well-being and who knows how to offer points of interest to visit. rental to recommend

Good location for visiting Antibes, Cannes. Nice, Monaco and other towns nearby. Apartment is located in a quiet and safe area.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

I highly recommend this place which is very cozy from all angles, I felt at home! the setting is very warm, well decorated and sylvia was very accommodating and adorable!
